गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त के निर्देश पर उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित हुए साप्ताहिक ई-जनशिकायत कार्यक्रम में जारी, डुमरी, विशुनपुर एवं घाघरा के नागरिकों ने ऑनलाइन माध्यम से जुड़कर अपनी समस्याओं को बताया।
कार्यक्रम में जारी ,डुमरी,विशुनपुर, घाघरा से लगभग 40 आवेदकों ने अपनी समस्याओं का विवरण दिया। इन समस्याओं में पुल निर्माण,जलमीनार,सड़क निर्माण, मंईया सम्मान योजना,पेयजल समस्या, सिंचाई हेतु पानी उपलब्ध नहीं, राशन कार्ड में नाम जोड़ने,आवास, जलमीनार मरम्मती एवं अन्य सरकारी योजनाओं से संबंधित मुद्दे शामिल थे। उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो ने सभी समस्याओं को गंभीरता से सुनते हुए संबंधित प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारियों को आवश्यक समस्याओं का ऑन द स्पॉट समाधान किए जाने हेतु निर्देशित किया। इस दौरान मुख्य रूप से जमीन विवाद, आधार कार्ड में नाम सुधारने, राशन कार्ड में नाम जोड़ने, केसीसी लोन आदि के सम्बन्ध में कई ग्रामीणों ने VC के माध्यम से समस्याओं को रखा। इस समस्या के सम्बन्ध में उप विकास आयुक्त द्वारा संबंधित पदाधिकारी को जांच कर आवश्यक कार्रवाई हेतु निर्देश दिया गया। इसके अलावा भी कई समस्याओं का समाधान प्रखंड स्तरों पर संबंधित प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी के माध्यम से ऑन द स्पॉट किया गया।
उप विकास आयुक्त ने संबंधित अधिकारियों को सभी समस्याओं के त्वरित और प्रभावी निष्पादन के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रशासन आम जनता की समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए पूरी तरह प्रतिबद्ध है। उन्होंने स्थानीय रूप से जिन समस्याओं का समाधान किया जा सकता है उसका त्वरित निष्पादन करने का निर्देश दिया।
