गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त के निर्देशानुसार सिसई एवं भरनो प्रखंड में खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मादक पदार्थ के विरुद्ध व्यापक जांच अभियान चलाया गया। इस अभियान में सिसई प्रखंड के अंजलि स्वीट्स, होटल कृष्णा, शिव शक्ति स्वीट्स, न्यू भारत बेकरी, रानी किराना स्टोर, पूजा स्टोर, राहुल राम, राहुल कुमार सिंह, अनीता देवी, अमर होटल आदि प्रतिष्ठानों में गहन जांच की गई।
जांच के दौरान FSSAI के मानकों का पालन नहीं करने एवं साफ-सफाई में लापरवाही बरतने पर अंजलि स्वीट्स को ₹10,000, होटल कृष्णा को ₹3,000, शिव शक्ति स्वीट्स को ₹2,000 का और न्यू भारत बेकरी को ₹10,000 का अर्थदण्ड लगया गया।
ये सभी प्रतिष्ठान स्कूल से मात्र 100 मीटर के दायरे में बेच रहे थे कोटपा एक्ट (COTPA) के तहत रानी किराना स्टोर, राहुल राम और अनीता देवी को ₹500-₹500 का जुर्माना लगाया गया। इसके अतिरिक्त, अंजलि स्वीट्स से रसगुल्ला, होटल कृष्णा से पनीर, शिव शक्ति स्वीट्स एवं अमर होटल से कलाकंद के सैंपल लेकर जांच हेतु लैब भेजे गए।
इसी क्रम में भरनो प्रखंड के केसरी स्वीट्स, होटल सुमित, सुलेखा फास्ट फूड, राजधानी चाइनीज चाउमिन सहित अन्य प्रतिष्ठानों का भी निरीक्षण किया गया। केसरी स्वीट्स से रसगुल्ला का सैंपल लिया गया। होटल सुमित को साफ-सफाई में कमी पाए जाने पर ₹4,000 का अर्थदण्ड लगाया गया, जबकि सुलेखा फास्ट फूड को कोटपा एक्ट के उल्लंघन पर ₹500 का जुर्माना किया गया। राजधानी चाइनीज चाउमिन को स्पष्टीकरण के उपरांत चेतावनी देते हुए छोड़ा गया।
खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग ने यह स्पष्ट किया कि इस प्रकार की जांच आगे भी लगातार जारी रहेगी एवं मानकों का उल्लंघन करने वाले प्रतिष्ठानों पर सख्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
निरीक्षण के क्रम मे दोनों प्रखंड के अंचल अधिकारी एवं पुलिस पदाधिकारी साथ थें।
