गुमला जिले में चिन्हित ब्लैक स्पॉट, वल्नरेबल स्पॉट एवं चांदनी चौक (घाघरा) सौंदर्यकरण हेतु संयुक्त निरीक्षण सम्पन्न

उपायुक्त एवं पुलिस अधीक्षक गुमला के निर्देशानुसार, जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी राकेश कुमार गोप एवं मोटरयान निरीक्षक रॉबिन अजय सिंह के नेतृत्व में सड़क सुरक्षा टीम, राष्ट्रीय उच्च पथ प्रमंडल गुमला एवं रांची के कनीय अभियंताओं के साथ गुमला जिले के चिन्हित ब्लैक स्पॉट एव वल्नरेबल स्पॉट का संयुक्त स्थलीय निरीक्षण किया गया।

निरीक्षण के दौरान निम्नलिखित मार्गों की समीक्षा की गई

गुमला–घाघरा रोड (गमहरिया, बरकडीह, खोरा, टोटो – गुमला–लोहरदगा रोड)
गुमला–जशपुर रोड (करौंदी, सिलम घाटी, जोड़ाजाम)
कार्तिक उरांव महाविद्यालय गुमला-पालकोट–सिमडेगा रोड, गुमला

निरीक्षण में नदी समीप क्रैश बैरियर से स्टील प्लेट गायब होने की स्थिति देखी गई—जो दुर्घटना हेतु अत्यंत जोखिमपूर्ण है। जलजमाव से उत्पन्न गड्ढों को चिन्हित कर मरम्मत हेतु संवेदक को निर्देशित किया गया।

सड़क सुरक्षा हेतु सुझाव गए उपाय

Accident Prone Zone के बोर्ड लगाए जाएंगे
Rumble strip का निर्माण
Slow Down एवं गति सीमा (Speed Limit) संकेत बोर्ड लगाए जाएँगे
सड़क किनारे सफेद (White) मार्किंग किया जायेगा
जलजमाव के गड्ढों को भरवाया जाएगा क्रैश बैरियर (Crash Barrier) को ठीक व पुनःस्थापित कराया जाएगा

चांदनी चौक (घाघरा) सौंदर्यकरण संबंधी निरीक्षण

निरीक्षण टीम ने चांदनी चौक, घाघरा में निम्नलिखित पहलुओं पर चर्चा की:

बिजली खंभों की स्थिति
सड़क चौड़ीकरण की संभावनाएँ
ट्रैफिक मैनेजमेंट और चौराहे के पुनःडिज़ाइन
ऑटो एवं बस स्टॉप से उत्पन्न यातायात बाधाएँ

एक नया डिज़ाइन तैयार कर उपायुक्त गुमला को शीघ्र प्रस्तुत किया जाएगा, ताकि सौंदर्यकरण के साथ-साथ यातायात व्यवस्था में सुधार भी हो सके।

आवश्यक कार्रवाई एवं अनुमान

निरीक्षण में मिली सभी कमियों का विस्तृत अनुमान (estimate) तैयार किया जा रहा है। अनुमोदन हेतु यह विवरण अधीक्षण अभियंता को भेजा जाएगा, और स्वीकृति मिलने के तुरंत बाद मरम्मत एवं सुरक्षा उपायों का कार्य प्रारंभ किया जाएगा।
