गुमला में जिला नियोजनालय-सह-मॉडल कैरियर सेंटर द्वारा एक दिवसीय रोजगार मेले का आयोजन

563 अभ्यर्थियों ने लिया भाग, 391 का प्राथमिक चयन, 97 को मिला रोजगार का अवसर

उप विकास आयुक्त ने कहा – “युवाओं को हुनर के साथ अवसरों से जोड़ना प्रशासन की प्राथमिकता”

गुमला :-गुमला जिला नियोजनालय सह मॉडल कैरियर सेंटर, गुमला द्वारा आज नगर भवन परिसर में एक दिवसीय रोजगार मेले का आयोजन किया गया। यह मेला सुबह 10:30 बजे से शाम 4:00 बजे तक चला, जिसमें जिले के सैकड़ों युवाओं ने भाग लिया।

कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो एवं जिला नियोजन पदाधिकारी द्वारा दीप प्रज्वलन कर किया गया। इस अवसर पर उप विकास आयुक्त को शॉल भेंट कर सम्मानित भी किया गया।

इस रोजगार मेले में गुमला एवं झारखंड राज्य से कुल 11 निजी कंपनियाँ, एक बाह्य राज्य की कंपनी, 6 कौशल विकास केंद्र तथा 3 सरकारी विभाग—जिला उद्योग केंद्र, ग्रामीण स्वरोजगार प्रशिक्षण संस्थान (RSETI) गुमला एवं झारखंड स्टेट लाइवलीहुड प्रमोशन सोसाइटी (JSLPS) गुमला की भागीदारी रही।

प्रमुख भाग लेने वाली कंपनियों में साइंस सेंटर गुमला, नेशनल पब्लिक स्कूल सिसई, साहू नर्सिंग होम गुमला, केवल्य फाइनेंशियल सर्विसेज प्राइवेट लिमिटेड राँची, वी-मार्ट रिटेल लिमिटेड सिसई रोड गुमला, अंकित इंटरप्राइजेज जशपुर रोड गुमला, गुरुकुल शिक्षा सर्कुलर रोड राँची, तेज ऑर्थोपेडिक एंड सर्जिकल अस्पताल करौंदी गुमला, फ्रेंड्स मोटोर्राड बुलेट शोरूम पालकोट रोड गुमला, आर. जे. मैनपावर राँची तथा भारतीय जीवन बीमा निगम, गुमला शाखा शामिल थीं।

इसके अतिरिक्त क्वांटम निट्स के.पी.आर. मिल लिमिटेड (बाहरी कंपनी) तथा दिशा एजुकेशनल एंड सोशल वेलफेयर सोसाइटी सिसई, सुषिला फाउंडेशन गुमला, एसजीआरएस गुमला, वीर सुभाषचंद्र बोस सेवा संस्था, कल्याण गुरुकुल गुमला एवं कौशल नर्सिंग कॉलेज जैसे कौशल केंद्रों ने भी सहभागिता की।

रोजगार मेले में कुल 563 अभ्यर्थियों ने पंजीकरण कर भाग लिया, जिनमें से प्रारंभिक रूप से 391 अभ्यर्थियों का चयन किया गया। इनमें से 97 युवक-युवतियों को विभिन्न पदों पर रोजगार के लिए चयनित किया गया। उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो द्वारा 10 चयनित अभ्यर्थियों के बीच प्रतीकात्मक रूप से ऑफर लेटर का वितरण किया गया।

इस अवसर पर उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो ने कहा, “गुमला जिला प्रशासन युवाओं को न केवल रोजगार उपलब्ध कराने, बल्कि उन्हें कौशल विकास से जोड़ने की दिशा में सतत प्रयासरत है। यह रोजगार मेला प्रशासन और निजी क्षेत्र की साझेदारी का एक मजबूत उदाहरण है। हमारा प्रयास है कि ग्रामीण एवं पिछड़े क्षेत्रों के युवा हुनर के साथ अवसरों से जुड़ें और आत्मनिर्भर बनें।”

कार्यक्रम के सफल संचालन में यंग प्रोफेशनल रवि कुमार गहलोत, प्रवीण सुरीन (उप वरीय लिपिक), जिला कौशल समन्वयक अखिल केरकेट्टा, विजय लकड़ा, श्री संदीप राम, कृष्णा राम, मंजूला लकड़ा, सीता कुमारी एवं शैलेन्द्र साहू का सराहनीय योगदान रहा।

जिला प्रशासन द्वारा ऐसे रोजगार मेलों के आयोजन से स्थानीय युवाओं को रोजगार के नए अवसर प्रदान किए जा रहे हैं, जो आत्मनिर्भर भारत की दिशा में एक सार्थक पहल है।
