गिरिडीह डीसी ने सीएसआर-डीएमएफटी के तहत चल रहे कार्यों की समीक्षा की, अधिकारियों को जमीनी स्तर पर कार्य करने का दिया निर्देश

गिरिडीह : समाहरणालय सभाकक्ष में उपायुक्त-सह-जिला दंडाधिकारी रामनिवास यादव की अध्यक्षता में बुधवार को डीएमएफटी, सीएसआर व अनटाइड फंड से संबंधित महत्वपूर्ण बैठक हुई. उपायुक्त ने डीएमएफटी द्वारा क्रियान्वित विभिन्न योजनाओं के तहत किये जा रहे कार्यों की अद्यतन स्थिति की जानकारी ली एवं संबंधित विभाग के अधिकारियों को कार्यों को गुणवत्तापूर्ण तरीके से निर्धारित समय से पूर्ण कराने का निर्देश दिया।

डीसी ने अबतक चयनित योजनाओं के साथ-साथ उनकी कार्य प्रगति की जानकारी प्राप्त की। साथ ही उपायुक्त ने संबंधित अधिकारियों से कहा कि निर्माणाधीन कार्यों को अविलंब पूर्ण कराएं, ताकि सारे कार्यों का जिला स्तर से निरीक्षण किया जा सके।

इसके अलावा उन्होंने सीएसआर एवं अनटाइड फंड के तहत संचालित योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन को सुनियोजित तरीके से पूर्ण करने का निर्देश दिया। डीसी ने कहा कि सीएसआर मद का इस्तेमाल स्वास्थ्य, शिक्षा समेत अन्य क्षेत्रों में प्राथमिकता के साथ किया जाएगा। जिससे सीएसआर मद का अच्छे से उपयोग किया जा सके।

विकास योजनाओं के कार्यों को बेहतर ढंग से करने का निर्देश

उन्होंने संबंधित विभाग के अधिकारियों को आपसी समन्वय स्थापित करते हुए विकास योजनाओं के कार्यों पारदर्शिता लाने तथा गुणवत्ता पूर्ण कार्य करने का निर्देश दिया। कहा कि जिला खनिज फाउंडेशन ट्रस्ट के तहत प्रभावित क्षेत्रों के बेहतर विकास के लिए जितनी भी योजनाओं का चयन किया जाता है, सभी का चयन पारदर्शी तरीके से किया जाये, ताकि खनिज प्रभावित उन क्षेत्रों में वहां के परिवेश के अनुसार योजनाओं का चयन किया जाये. 

डीसी ने संबंधित अधिकारियों से कहा कि डीएमएफटी की राशि को प्राथमिकता के साथ खर्च किया जाये। प्राथमिकता वाले क्षेत्रों यथा-पेजलापूर्ति, स्वच्छता, स्वास्थ्य, शिक्षा, स्किल डेवलपमेंट, महिला शिक्षा आदि पर खर्च किया जाय। साथ ही योजनाओं का चयन पारदर्शी तरीके से ग्रामीणों व जनप्रतिनिधियों के सहयोग से किया जाय। 

बैठक में उप विकास आयुक्त स्मृता कुमारी, जिला योजना पदाधिकारी, विभिन्न कंपनी के प्रतिनिधियों के अलावा संबंधित विभागों के कार्यपालक अभियंता, डीएमएफटी के सभी अधिकारी के साथ-साथ संबंधित विभाग के अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
