चैनपुर में आयोजित जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में प्राप्त 96 में से 91 मामलों का त्वरित निष्पादन

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देशानुसार जिले में नागरिकों की समस्याओं के त्वरित समाधान एवं सेवा सुविधा की पारदर्शिता हेतु सभी प्रखंड सह अंचल कार्यालयों में नियमित रूप से जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया जा रहा है।

इसी क्रम में आज गुरुवार को चैनपुर प्रखंड-सह-अंचल कार्यालय में साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया, जिसमें विभिन्न श्रेणियों से कुल 96 आवेदन प्राप्त हुए, जिनमें से 91 आवेदनों का मौके पर ही निष्पादन कर दिया गया, शेष आवेदनों पर आवश्यक कार्रवाई जारी है।

प्राप्त शिकायतों का वर्गीकरण इस प्रकार रहा:

पेंशन संबंधी – 04 आवेदन
स्वास्थ्य सेवा – 03 आवेदन
जन्म प्रमाण पत्र – 05 आवेदन
राशन कार्ड/संबंधित समस्याएं – 11 आवेदन
जाति प्रमाण पत्र – 23 आवेदन
स्थानीय निवासी प्रमाण पत्र – 25 आवेदन
आय प्रमाण पत्र – 25 आवेदन

जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का उद्देश्य आम नागरिकों की समस्याओं को उनके निकटतम प्रशासनिक स्तर पर सुनकर त्वरित समाधान सुनिश्चित करना है।
