गुमला जिले के सभी थाना क्षेत्रों में आयोजित हुआ मासिक थाना दिवस भूमि विवाद से जुड़े 76 मामलों में से 32 का हुआ त्वरित निष्पादन

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देशानुसार आज दिनांक 26 जून 2025 को गुमला जिले के सभी थाना क्षेत्रों में मासिक थाना दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। इस आयोजन में संबंधित अंचल अधिकारी, थाना प्रभारी तथा अन्य विभागीय पदाधिकारी उपस्थित रहे। आयोजन का मुख्य उद्देश्य ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में भूमि से जुड़े विवादों और थाना स्तर की समस्याओं का त्वरित एवं पारदर्शी समाधान सुनिश्चित करना था।

थाना दिवस के दौरान जिलेभर में नागरिकों द्वारा भूमि से संबंधित विभिन्न प्रकार की समस्याएं दर्ज कराई गईं जिनमें प्रमुख रूप से अवैध कब्जा, अवैध दाखिल खारिज, कानूनी वारिस प्रमाण पत्र की मांग, अवैध आपसी बंटवारा, भूमि विवाद के कारण उत्पन्न आपसी तनाव, जमीन के बंटवारे से जुड़ी शिकायतें और आम रास्ते से संबंधित विवाद शामिल रहे।

आज के थाना दिवस में जिले भर से कुल 76 आवेदन प्राप्त हुए जिनमें से 32 मामलों का निष्पादन मौके पर ही कर दिया गया जबकि शेष 44 मामलों पर संबंधित विभागों द्वारा कार्रवाई की जा रही है। प्रशासन द्वारा इन लंबित मामलों के भी शीघ्र निष्पादन का आश्वासन दिया गया है।

आज प्राप्त शिकायतों की संख्या क्षेत्रवार इस प्रकार रही। गुमला थाना क्षेत्र से 7 मामले सामने आए। रायडीह से 4, चैनपुर से 3, डुमरी से 8, जारी से 2, घाघरा से 7, विशुनपुर से 6, सिसई से 9, भरनो से 16, पालकोट से 6, बसिया से 5 तथा कामडारा से 3 आवेदन प्राप्त हुए।

उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने सभी संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया है कि थाना दिवस में प्राप्त सभी शिकायतों का निष्पादन संवेदनशीलता और प्राथमिकता के साथ किया जाए ताकि आम नागरिकों को त्वरित न्याय मिल सके। उन्होंने यह भी निर्देशित किया है कि अब प्रत्येक माह की 26 तारीख को सभी थाना क्षेत्रों में नियमित रूप से मासिक थाना दिवस आयोजित किया जाएगा जिससे लोगों की समस्याएं स्थानीय स्तर पर ही सुनी और सुलझाई जा सकें।

उपायुक्त ने जिलेवासियों से अपील की है कि वे अपनी भूमि या पारिवारिक विवाद से जुड़ी शिकायतों के समाधान हेतु प्रत्येक 26 तारीख को अपने नजदीकी थाना में पहुंचें और अपनी समस्याओं को साझा करें। प्रशासन द्वारा सभी शिकायतों का त्वरित एवं न्यायसंगत समाधान सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा।
