गुमला सदर अस्पताल में औचक निरीक्षण: एसडीओ ने स्वच्छता और सुरक्षा को लेकर दिए सख्त निर्देश

गुमला, झारखंड — उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी (सदर) राजीव नीरज ने मंगलवार को गुमला सदर अस्पताल का औचक निरीक्षण किया। यह दौरा अस्पताल में स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की गुणवत्ता और सुरक्षा व्यवस्था की समीक्षा हेतु किया गया, जिसमें कई कमियों पर तत्काल सुधार के निर्देश भी जारी किए गए।

थैलेसीमिया यूनिट से पोस्टमार्टम हाउस तक जांच

निरीक्षण के दौरान एसडीओ ने थैलेसीमिया डे केयर यूनिट, ब्लड बैंक, मेडॉल लैब और अस्पताल के अन्य प्रमुख हिस्सों का भौतिक निरीक्षण किया। उन्होंने रसोईघर और उसके आसपास की साफ-सफाई की स्थिति पर असंतोष जताते हुए तत्काल स्वच्छता व्यवस्था बेहतर करने का निर्देश संबंधित कर्मचारियों को दिया।

वहीं अस्पताल परिसर में पोस्टमार्टम हाउस के सामने लंबे समय से जमा कचरे और मलबे को लेकर नाराजगी जताई गई और संबंधित विभाग को कूड़ा हटाने के लिए तत्काल कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने को कहा गया।

सुरक्षा को लेकर सीसीटीवी व्यवस्था पर विशेष ध्यान

निरीक्षण के दौरान अस्पताल परिसर में मौजूद “शैडो एरियाज” (कम रोशनी वाले और निगरानी से वंचित स्थानों) को चिन्हित कर वहां सीसीटीवी कैमरे जल्द से जल्द लगाने के लिए सख्त निर्देश जारी किए गए। एसडीओ ने कहा कि अस्पताल की सुरक्षा और पारदर्शिता के लिए निगरानी तंत्र को और मजबूत करना आवश्यक है।

रजिस्टरों की जांच और स्टोर रूम की समीक्षा

एसडीओ ने स्टोर रूम का भी निरीक्षण किया और वहां रखे रिकॉर्ड रजिस्टरों के संधारण की गुणवत्ता को जांचा। उन्होंने निर्देश दिया कि दवा भंडारण, उपयोग और आपूर्ति की प्रक्रिया को पारदर्शी और व्यवस्थित रखा जाए।

एसडीओ का बयान: “गुणवत्ता में हो निरंतर सुधार”

निरीक्षण के बाद एसडीओ राजीव नीरज ने कहा,

“सदर अस्पताल में मरीजों को बेहतर चिकित्सा सेवाएं और सुरक्षित वातावरण उपलब्ध कराना प्रशासन की प्राथमिकता है। इसके लिए समय-समय पर निरीक्षण कर सेवाओं की गुणवत्ता में निरंतर सुधार सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा।”

यह निरीक्षण गुमला जिले में स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं को मजबूत बनाने की दिशा में प्रशासन की सक्रियता और प्रतिबद्धता को दर्शाता है।
