देवघर में जल संसाधन योजनाओं की समीक्षा बैठक संपन्न, मंत्री हफिजुल हसन ने समयबद्ध कार्यान्वयन पर दिया जोर

देवघर, 27 जून 2025 — झारखंड सरकार के माननीय मंत्री हफिजुल हसन के आवास पर शुक्रवार को देवघर जिला जल संसाधन विभाग के प्रमुख एवं लघु जलापूर्ति इकाइयों के अधिकारियों के साथ एक महत्वपूर्ण समीक्षा बैठक का आयोजन किया गया।

बैठक का उद्देश्य जिले में जल संसाधन परियोजनाओं की प्रगति की गहन समीक्षा और उनके प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन की रणनीति तय करना था। बैठक के दौरान मंत्री हसन ने विभाग द्वारा संचालित चालू योजनाओं की स्थिति, सामना की जा रही चुनौतियों, और समयसीमा के भीतर कार्य पूरा करने की योजना पर अधिकारियों से विस्तृत जानकारी प्राप्त की।

कार्यों में पारदर्शिता और गुणवत्ता अनिवार्य : मंत्री

मंत्री हफिजुल हसन ने निर्देश देते हुए कहा, “जनहित से जुड़ी योजनाओं को पारदर्शी, समयबद्ध और गुणवत्तापूर्ण ढंग से पूरा किया जाना चाहिए। संसाधनों का इष्टतम उपयोग और विभागों के बीच आपसी समन्वय से ही योजनाओं का सफल क्रियान्वयन संभव हो सकेगा।”

उन्होंने अधिकारियों को यह भी निर्देशित किया कि निर्माण एवं विकास कार्यों में किसी प्रकार की ढिलाई या अनियमितता को बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा, और प्रत्येक योजना का लाभ सीधे आम जनता तक पहुंचे, यह सुनिश्चित किया जाए।

नई योजनाओं पर भी हुई चर्चा

बैठक में नई जल संसाधन परियोजनाओं के संभावित प्रस्तावों और उनके कार्यान्वयन की व्यावहारिकता पर भी चर्चा की गई। अधिकारियों से सुझाव लेते हुए मंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार ग्रामीण और शहरी दोनों क्षेत्रों में जल आपूर्ति और प्रबंधन को लेकर सुधारवादी दृष्टिकोण अपना रही है।

उद्देश्य: जल प्रबंधन को मिले मजबूती

इस बैठक के माध्यम से मंत्री हसन ने देवघर जिले में जल प्रबंधन प्रणाली को और अधिक मजबूत और कारगर बनाने की प्रतिबद्धता दोहराई। उन्होंने यह भी स्पष्ट किया कि जल संसाधन विभाग की कार्यशैली में पारदर्शिता, जवाबदेही और जनहित सर्वोपरि रहेंगे।

यह समीक्षा बैठक राज्य सरकार की जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं की जमीनी हकीकत का आकलन करने और विकास कार्यों की रफ्तार को गति देने की दिशा में एक अहम कदम मानी जा रही है।
