कांवड़ यात्रा को लेकर गिरिडीह पुलिस एलर्ट मोड में, एसपी ने रात 12 से चार बजे तक विशेष चौकसी बरतने का दिया निर्देश

गिरिडीह : श्रावण मास की शुरुआत के साथ ही सुल्तानगंज की उत्तरवाहिनी गंगा का जल लेकर बाबा बैद्यनाथ धाम की ओर जाने वाले शिवभक्त कांवड़ियों की भीड़ बढ़ने लगी है। नेपाल से लेकर बिहार, उत्तर प्रदेश, मध्य प्रदेश, राजस्थान, छत्तीसगढ़, झारखंड और महाराष्ट्र सहित कई राज्यों के श्रद्धालु बड़ी संख्या में  गिरिडीह के रास्ते सुल्तानगंज के लिए रवाना होते हैं और फिर 12 ज्योर्तिलिंगों एक एवं 51 शक्तिपीठों में शुमार देवघर में स्थित बाबा भोलेनाथ पर जल अर्पण कर हजारों कांवड़िये वापस गिरिडीह होकर अपने घरों को लौटते हैं।

रोजाना हजारों कांवडियों की आवाजाही को देखते हुए गिरिडीह पुलिस पूरी तरह अलर्ट मोड पर है। जिले के पुलिस अधीक्षक डॉ. विमल कुमार ने शनिवार देर रात स्वयं कांवड़ यात्रा मार्ग का निरीक्षण किया। उनके साथ डुमरी एसडीपीओ आबिद खान और सदर एसडीपीओ जितवाहन उरांव भी मौजूद थे।

कांवड़ियों की सुरक्षा में कोताही बर्दाश्त नहीं : एसपी

निरीक्षण के दौरान एसपी ने विभिन्न थाना प्रभारियों को स्पष्ट निर्देश दिया कि कांवड़ियों की सुरक्षा में किसी भी तरह की लापरवाही बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी। संवेदनशील मार्गों पर अतिरिक्त पुलिस बल की तैनाती, लगातार गश्त और निगरानी बढ़ाने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।

यात्रा को सुरक्षित और सुगम बनाने के लिए गिरिडीह पुलिस की ओर से कई स्थानों पर सेवा शिविर भी लगाए गए हैं, जहां कांवड़ियों के आराम और आवश्यक सुविधाओं की व्यवस्था की गई है। पुलिस प्रशासन का कहना है कि पूरे सावन माह के दौरान सुरक्षा व्यवस्था पर लगातार नजर रखी जाएगी, ताकि शिवभक्त बिना किसी परेशानी के अपनी यात्रा सुरक्षित पूरी कर सकें।

गिरिडीह-डुमरी पथ पर निकले एसपी डा विमल ने इस दौरान बराकर के आसपास होटल मालिकों से होटल बंद होने के समय के बारे में पूछा. फिर उनसे देर रात तक अपने होटल खुले रखने की अपील की. इसके बाद वे डुमरी पहुंचे और प्रेस क्लब डुमरी द्वारा कांवडियों की सुविधा के लिए लगाए गए सेवा शिविर में भी शामिल हुए।

एसपी ने डियूटी पर तैनात पुलिसकर्मियों से कहा कि अंधेरा होने के बाद भी अलर्ट रहना है. साथ ही साथ रात 12 से 4 तक विशेष सतर्कता बरतनी है. इस दौरान अधिकारी के साथ जवान भी पूरी तरह से मुस्तैद रहेंगे. एसपी डॉ बिमल कुमार ने बताया कि गिरिडीह के बड़े इलाके से होकर कांवड़ियों का जत्था गुजरता है।
