ऑनलाइन जुड़ाव से जनसमस्याओं का समाधान : साप्ताहिक ई-जनशिकायत निवारण दिवस में उप विकास आयुक्त ने सुनीं आमजन की आवाज़

गुमला, शनिवार — जिला प्रशासन की पहल पर शनिवार को गुमला में साप्ताहिक ई-जनशिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया, जिसमें विभिन्न प्रखंडों के नागरिकों ने ऑनलाइन माध्यम से जुड़कर अपनी समस्याएं साझा कीं। यह कार्यक्रम उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो की अध्यक्षता में वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के जरिए सम्पन्न हुआ।

समस्याएं ऑनलाइन, समाधान ऑन द स्पॉट

गुमला, बसिया, पालकोट और भरनो प्रखंडों से करीब 20 नागरिकों ने इस डिजिटल मंच के माध्यम से अपनी शिकायतें रखीं। उनकी समस्याएं पुल निर्माण, जलमीनार की सुविधा, सड़क मरम्मत, पेयजल संकट, आधार और राशन कार्ड सुधार, तथा आवास योजना जैसी जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं से जुड़ी थीं।

कार्यक्रम में कुछ प्रमुख शिकायतें इस प्रकार रहीं:

• आधार कार्ड में नाम व जन्मतिथि सुधार
• जर्जर स्कूल भवनों की मरम्मति
• आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र की मरम्मत
• बिजली के पोल को हटाने की मांग
• राशन कार्ड में नाम जोड़ने की प्रक्रिया में देरी
• गार्डवाल निर्माण की आवश्यकता

प्रशासन ने दिखाया तत्परता का परिचय

उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो ने सभी शिकायतों को गंभीरता से सुनते हुए संबंधित प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारियों (BDO) को निर्देश दिया कि जो शिकायतें मौके पर ही हल की जा सकती हैं, उनका समाधान तुरंत सुनिश्चित किया जाए।

उन्होंने कहा, “प्रशासन आमजन की समस्याओं को समयबद्ध और पारदर्शी तरीके से सुलझाने के लिए कटिबद्ध है। ऐसी शिकायतें जो स्थानीय स्तर पर हल हो सकती हैं, उनका समाधान विलंब नहीं होना चाहिए।”

कुछ मामलों में स्थलीय जांच के निर्देश भी दिए गए ताकि कार्रवाई निष्पक्ष और समाधानकारी हो। इसके अतिरिक्त कई शिकायतों का निस्तारण वहीं VC के दौरान प्रखंड स्तर पर ही कर दिया गया।

डिजिटल जुड़ाव से प्रशासनिक पहुँच को मिल रहा विस्तार

ई-जनशिकायत निवारण दिवस जैसे कार्यक्रम ग्रामीण जनता को बिना दफ्तर गए अपनी बात रखने का सशक्त मंच प्रदान कर रहे हैं। यह न केवल प्रशासन की पारदर्शिता को दर्शाता है बल्कि तकनीक के माध्यम से सुशासन को मजबूती भी देता है।

जिला प्रशासन ने अपील की है कि अधिक से अधिक नागरिक डिजिटल माध्यम से अपनी समस्याएं साझा करें, ताकि उन्हें समय पर समाधान मिल सके और योजनाओं का लाभ प्रभावी रूप से उन तक पहुंच सके।
