चैनपुर और जारी प्रखंड में उपायुक्त का निरीक्षण दौरा, स्वास्थ्य, शिक्षा, सड़क और बिजली व्यवस्था पर दिया विशेष जोर

गुमला: गुमला की उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने बुधवार को चैनपुर और जारी प्रखंड के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों का व्यापक निरीक्षण दौरा किया। इस दौरान उन्होंने सरकारी योजनाओं की जमीनी हकीकत, स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की स्थिति, स्कूलों की दशा, सड़क-बिजली जैसी बुनियादी सुविधाओं और जनसमस्याओं का गहराई से अवलोकन किया।

दौरे की शुरुआत बिन्डोरा पंचायत भवन में लगे धरती आबा जनभागीदारी अभियान शिविर से हुई, जहां उपायुक्त ने ग्रामीणों और अधिकारियों को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि, “शिविर का उद्देश्य यह है कि पात्र लाभुकों तक केंद्र और राज्य सरकार की योजनाओं का लाभ 100 प्रतिशत पहुंच सके।” उन्होंने पीएम किसान, आयुष्मान, जनधन योजना जैसी योजनाओं में छूटे हुए लोगों को जोड़ने का सख्त निर्देश अधिकारियों को दिया।

प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र जारी में सुधार के निर्देश

उपायुक्त ने जारी पीएचसी का निरीक्षण करते हुए सफाई व्यवस्था, पानी, बिजली, शौचालय और भवन की स्थिति का जायज़ा लिया। उन्होंने ओपीडी पंजी की जांच करते हुए कर्मियों को दिशा-निर्देश दिए और लेबर रूम को आवश्यक उपकरणों से सुसज्जित कर संचालन शुरू करने का आदेश दिया।

जारी गांव के मुखिया ने पीएचसी तक पहुंचने वाली सड़क को लेकर बताया कि यह रैयती भूमि पर स्थित है। इस पर उपायुक्त ने ग्रामसभा कर सड़क निर्माण का प्रस्ताव पारित करने को कहा।

परमवीर अल्बर्ट एक्का की समाधि स्थल का भी किया निरीक्षण

दौरे के दौरान उपायुक्त ने परमवीर चक्र विजेता शहीद अल्बर्ट एक्का की समाधि स्थल पर पहुंचकर वहां साफ-सफाई करवाने का निर्देश दिया।

बिजली, सड़क और नेटवर्क की समस्या पर मिला ग्रामीणों का फीडबैक

जारी गांव के ग्रामीणों ने उपायुक्त को बताया कि क्षेत्र में बिजली और सड़क की कमी के कारण उन्हें कई समस्याओं का सामना करना पड़ता है। पंचायत सचिवालय में मोबाइल नेटवर्क की समस्या भी बताई गई।

मत्स्य संपदा योजना के तहत तालाब का उद्घाटन

प्रधानमंत्री मत्स्य संपदा योजना के तहत लाभुक जॉनी कुजूर द्वारा निर्मित तालाब का उपायुक्त ने उद्घाटन किया। उन्होंने आदेश दिया कि तालाब के चारों ओर पत्थर लगाए जाएं और पेड़-पौधे रोपे जाएं ताकि सौंदर्यीकरण और सुरक्षा दोनों सुनिश्चित हो सके।

आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र और विद्यालय का लिया जायजा

उपायुक्त ने भीखमपुर आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र का निरीक्षण किया, जहां उन्होंने नया किचन बनाने और चापाकल मरम्मत का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने बच्चों को पौष्टिक भोजन सुनिश्चित करने को लेकर सहायिका और सेविका को सख्त हिदायत दी।

राजकीयकृत उत्क्रमित प्लस टू विद्यालय, जारी के निरीक्षण के दौरान उपायुक्त ने छात्राओं से संवाद कर समस्याओं को जाना। स्कूल भवन की जर्जर स्थिति पर उन्होंने मरम्मत के निर्देश दिए और पुस्तकालय की व्यवस्था दुरुस्त करने को भी कहा। मध्याह्न भोजन की गुणवत्ता की भी जांच की गई।

सभी योजनाओं के लाभ ग्रामीणों तक पहुंचें – उपायुक्त

उपायुक्त ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि ग्रामीणों को सभी सरकारी योजनाओं से लाभान्वित किया जाए, बिजली आपूर्ति सुचारू की जाए, पेयजल की सुविधा दी जाए और सड़क जैसी बुनियादी सुविधाओं को प्राथमिकता से पूरा किया जाए।

इस निरीक्षण अभियान में चैनपुर अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी, पीएचईडी और विद्युत विभाग के कार्यपालक अभियंता, प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी, चैनपुर सहित विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारी और कर्मी मौजूद थे।
