राजधानीवासियों को मिला तीसरा फ्लाईओवर, रातू रोड को मिला जाम से मुक्ति, गडकरी ने उद्घाटन के बाद कहा-झारखंड में कोई योजना अधूरी नहीं रहेगी

रांची : अंतत: रांची नगरवासियों की रातू रोड फ्लाईओवर की मांग पूरी हो गई. इसका उद्घाटन गुरुवार को केंद्रीय सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्री नितिन गडकरी ने किया। लोगों में इस बात की बेहद खुशी है कि लंबे इंतजार के बाद रातू रोड  फ्लाईओवर की सौगात मिली। इस दौरान कार्यक्रम स्थल पर सांसद संजय सेठ, विधायक सीपी सिंह, राज्यसभा सांसद महुआ माझी समेत कई नेता और कार्यकर्ताओं समेत भारी संख्या में लोग मौजूद रहे।

गडकरी ने शिबू सोरेन के शीघ्र स्वस्थ होने की कामना की

मंत्री गडकरी ने मौके पर पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री शिबू सोरेन के शीघ्र स्वस्थ होने की कामना की और कहा कि हेमंत सोरेन से उनकी बात हुई है। लेकिन वह उपस्थित नहीं हो सके क्योंकि वे दिल्ली में शिबू सोरेन के साथ हैं। गडकरी ने भरोसा दिलाया कि झारखंड में अधूरी कोई योजना नहीं रहेगी। उन्होंने मंच से जय जोहार, जय झारखंड और नमस्कार के साथ अपना भाषण समाप्त किया।

कचहरी से पंडरा तक का सफर 35-40 मिनट के बजाय मात्र 4-7 मिनट में पूरा होगा

अब इस फ्लाईओवर से रातू रोड जैसी बेहद जामवाली सड़क से मिल गई है. लगभग 3.57 किलोमीटर लंबे इस फ्लाईओवर से कचहरी से पंडरा तक का सफर 35-40 मिनट के बजाय मात्र 4-7 मिनट में पूरा होगा। फ्लाईओवर के नीचे सौंदर्यीकरण का भी काम होगा।

फ्लाईओवर 525-558 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से तैयार हुआ है और रांची के रातू रोड, हरमू, पंडरा और मांडर जैसे व्यस्त इलाकों में ट्रैफिक जाम की समस्या को कम करने में अहम भूमिका निभाएगा।

यह राजधानी रांची को लगातार तीसरे फ्लाईओवर की सौगात मिली है। इससे पहले कांटाटोली और सिरमटोली फ्लाईओवर की सौगात पूर्व में मिल चुकी है। नवंबर 2022 में फ्लाईओवर का निर्माण कार्य शुरू हुआ था, जो मात्र 26 महीनों में पूरा कर लिया गया.

नामकरण को लेकर सियासी सरगर्मी बढ़ी

इस फ्लाईओवर के नामकरण को लेकर रांची में सियासी सरगर्मी तेज है। विभिन्न राजनीतिक दल और संगठन अपने-अपने पसंदीदा नामों को आगे बढ़ा रहे हैं। ये दल झारखंड आंदोलन के प्रमुख नेता शिबू सोरेन के नाम पर फ्लाईओवर का नाम रखने की मांग कर रहे हैं, उनका तर्क है कि इससे झारखंड की जनता की भावनाओं का सम्मान होगा। वहीं अभी तक भाजपा की ओर से आधिकारिक बयान नहीं आया है, लेकिन पार्टी के कुछ नेताओं ने पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी के नाम का सुझाव दिया है।

कई नामों की चर्चा

इसके अलावा, बिनोद बिहारी महतो (जेएमएम के संस्थापक में शामिल), नागपुरी भाषा और झारखंड आंदोलन के प्रचारक डॉ. विशेश्वर प्रसाद केसरी, रघुनाथ महतो, शहीद बिशुन महतो, और डॉ. श्यामा प्रसाद मुखर्जी के नाम भी चर्चा में हैं। सांसद और रक्षा राज्य मंत्री संजय सेठ ने स्पष्ट किया है कि नामकरण का अंतिम फैसला एनएचएआई द्वारा लिया जाएगा, जिससे इस मुद्दे पर सियासी बयानबाजी अभी जारी रहने की उम्मीद है।

जाम के कारण रातू रोड का कभी ऐसा होता था नजारा

वरिष्ठ पत्रकार नवेंदु उन्मेष ने साझा किया रातू रोड का संक्षिप्त इतिहास  

एक समय था जब लोग रातू रोड में रहना नहीं चाहते थे. हिंदपीढी की मुस्लिम महिलाएं कभी रातू रोड के नाम का उपयोग अक्सर एक गाली के रूप में किया करती थी. अक्सर लड़ाई-झगडे में वह कहती थी तोरा पहाड़ी सुतयो रे. इसका मतलब होता था कि तुम्हें मार कर रांची पहाड़ी के नीचे स्थित कब्रिस्तान में दफना दूंगा. मेरा परिवार 1962 में हिन्दपीढी से रातू रोड आया था. उसे वक्त रातू रोड कब्रिस्तान के ठीक सामने मात्र ₹500 में चार-पांच कट्ठा जमीन मिल रही थी तब मेरी मां ने कहा यहां रहना उचित नहीं है क्योंकि घर के खिड़की दरवाजा खोलो तो सामने कब्रिस्तान ही नजर आएगा.

1972 के आसपास रातू रोड का एक ही चीज प्रसिद्ध था अमरूद बागान में बिकने वाला खस्सी का मांस, जिसे खरीदने के लिए लोग दूर-दूर से आया करते थे. उस जमाने में रातू रोड में कुछ लोग ही प्रसिद्ध हुआ करते थे कांग्रेस के नेता कमल सिंह, जिन्होंने कभी कसौटी नामक साप्ताहिक पत्रिका निकाली थी. 

इसके अलावा कविवर रामकृष्ण उन्मन, नाटककार डॉक्टर सिद्धनाथ कुमार, जनकधारी सिंह, बिहार के सबसे युवा प्रधान मुख्य वन संरक्षक एसपी शाही, जिन्होंने वन्यजीवन पर आधारित प्रसिद्ध पुस्तक बैक टू द वाल सागा आफ द नेशन की रचना की, रांची महिला कॉलेज के संस्थापकों में से एक सत्या बाबू, आनंदमार्गियों से लोहा लेने वाले रामनगीना सिंह, आनंद मार्गी बाबा प्रभात रंजन सरकार, ज्योतिषाचार्य पंडित भवभूति मिश्रा, रांची के पहले उपायुक्त एसपी सिन्हा, डा रामबली सिंह, जमीन विक्रेता जद्दु चौधरी, पंडरा के मुखिया राम नरेश सिंह, सुखदेव साहू जिन्होंने अपने नाम पर सुखदेव नगर को बसाया. इसके अलावा रातू रोड में एक मात्र होटल मुरली होटल हुआ करता था.

1972 के पूर्व रातू रोड के लोगों को दवा खरीदने के लिए अपर बाजार का रुख करना पड़ता था. तब रातू रोड के लोगों को इलाज के लिए डॉक्टर सेंबी का दरवाजा खटखटाना पड़ता था. हालांकि वह कोई एमबीबीएस डॉक्टर नहीं थे लेकिन सुबह 4 बजे भोर से ही रातू, नगड़ी तक के लोग उनकी क्लीनिक के आगे लाइन लगाया करते थे. इस दौर में डॉ संतोष चड्ढा और डॉ भोला नाथ शर्मा ने रातू रोड में अपना क्लीनिक खोला था तब उनके पास दिनभर बैठने के बावजूद शायद ही एक दो मरीज आया करते थे. इस कारण उन्होंने एक दो साल के बाद अपना क्लीनिक बंद कर दिया था.
