पुरी में अदाणी-इस्कॉन रसोई में हाईटेक व्यवस्था: पारंपरिक मूल्यों और जैविक जीवनशैली का बेमिसाल संगम

पुरी : पुरी की रथयात्रा न केवल आस्था का पर्व है, बल्कि सेवा, समर्पण और सादगी की मिसाल भी है। इस साल अदाणी समूह और इस्कॉन की साझेदारी में जो विशाल प्रसाद रसोई संचालित हो रही है, वह आधुनिक तकनीक, पारंपरिक मूल्यों और जैविक जीवनशैली का बेमिसाल संगम बन गई है।

इस रसोई की खास बात है कि यहां उपयोग होने वाला ज्यादातर खाने का सामान जैविक (ऑर्गेनिक) हैं। हर दिन करीब 3 से 4 टन चावल, 500 किलो आटा और 4 से 5 टन दाल जैविक स्रोतों से लेकर पकाई जाती है। यहां का प्रसाद केवल स्वाद से नहीं, बल्कि स्वास्थ्य और पवित्रता से भी परिपूर्ण है।

स्वच्छता और खाद्य सुरक्षा के लिए यहां एफएसएसएआई के दिशा-निर्देशों और आईएसओ 22000 एचएसीसीपी के मानकों का पालन हो रहा है। हर प्रक्रिया को तय मानकों के तहत क्रियान्वित किया जा रहा है। चाहे वो सब्जियों की धुलाई हो या दालों की भिगोने की प्रक्रिया, हर कदम पर गुणवत्ता और स्वच्छता का ध्यान रखा जा रहा है।

स्टोरेज व्यवस्था भी अत्याधुनिक है। मुख्य रसोई परिसर के पास दो अलग-अलग स्टोरेज सुविधा के लिए एक बड़ा स्टोरेज और एक छोटा वेयरहाउस है। इसके अतिरिक्त, सब्जियों और डेयरी उत्पादों के लिए एक समर्पित कोल्ड स्टोरेज यूनिट भी बनाई गई है, ताकि तापमान और नमी से खाद्य सामग्री की गुणवत्ता प्रभावित न हो। इससे भोजन की ताजगी और पोषण बना रहता है।

चौबीसों घंटे चल रही है पूरी रसोई व्यवस्था 

यह पूरी रसोई व्यवस्था चौबीसों घंटे चल रही है। लगभग 500 लोग अलग-अलग शिफ्ट में काम कर रहे हैं, ताकि लाखों श्रद्धालुओं को निःशुल्क प्रसाद समय पर मिल सके। सेवा में लगे ये लोग न केवल भोजन बना रहे हैं, बल्कि एक आस्था की ऊर्जा को प्रसारित कर रहे हैं। इस रसोई में बनने वाला भोजन भक्तों के लिए सिर्फ अन्न नहीं, बल्कि प्रसाद है जिसमें श्रद्धा, पवित्रता और सेवा का अद्वितीय भाव है। यहां बनने वाला हर व्यंजन जैसे भात, दाल, सब्ज़ी, खिचड़ी और खीर, स्वाद में भी बेजोड़ है और श्रद्धा में भी।

इस बार की रथयात्रा में अदाणी-इस्कॉन रसोई ने यह साबित कर दिया है कि जब सेवा का भाव तकनीक और गुणवत्ता से जुड़ता है, तो वह एक नई परंपरा का जन्म देता है। यह रसोई सिर्फ भोजन नहीं दे रही, बल्कि लोगों को यह भी सिखा रही है कि आधुनिकता और आध्यात्मिकता साथ चल सकती हैं।
