गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो की अध्यक्षता में शुक्रवार को समाहरणालय स्थित सभागार में जिला समाज कल्याण विभाग की समीक्षात्मक बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में जिले में संचालित आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों की आधारभूत सुविधाओं, पोषण संबंधी गतिविधियों, वित्तीय प्रगति, लंबित चयन प्रक्रियाओं तथा विभागीय कार्यों की विस्तृत समीक्षा की गई।
समीक्षा के दौरान उपायुक्त ने निर्देश दिया कि पोषण वाटिका के लिए आवंटित राशि का अविलंब उपयोग सुनिश्चित किया जाए। जिन क्षेत्रों में निर्धारित कार्य नहीं किया जाना है, वहाँ की अप्रयुक्त राशि को नियमानुसार सरेंडर करने की कार्रवाई की जाए।
उन्होंने कहा कि जिले में किराए के भवनों में संचालित आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों में बिजली एवं पेयजल जैसी बुनियादी सुविधाएं हर हाल में उपलब्ध कराई जाएं। साथ ही सभी आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों में शौचालय, स्वच्छ पेयजल, विद्युत व्यवस्था, वाटर हार्वेस्टिंग सिस्टम तथा पोषण वाटिका सहित अन्य आवश्यक सुविधाओं की शत-प्रतिशत उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए।
बैठक में आवंटित राशि के व्यय से संबंधित प्रतिवेदन की समीक्षा के क्रम में पाया गया कि केवल चैनपुर प्रखंड से ही व्यय प्रतिवेदन प्राप्त हुआ है। इस पर उपायुक्त ने शेष सभी प्रखंडों को आवश्यक प्रतिवेदन शीघ्र उपलब्ध कराने का निर्देश दिया।
उपायुक्त ने किराए के भवनों में संचालित आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों के संबंध में विशेष निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि ऐसे केंद्रों में बिजली, पानी एवं शौचालय की व्यवस्था अनिवार्य रूप से सुनिश्चित की जाए। यदि निर्धारित सुविधाएं उपलब्ध नहीं हैं, तो संबंधित केंद्रों को 30 जून तक वैकल्पिक उपयुक्त भवनों में स्थानांतरित करने की कार्रवाई की जाए।
बैठक में फेशियल रिकग्निशन सिस्टम (एफआरएस) आधारित उपस्थिति की भी समीक्षा की गई। पालकोट एवं गुमला प्रखंड में एफआरएस उपस्थिति प्रतिशत संतोषजनक नहीं पाए जाने पर उसमें सुधार लाने का निर्देश दिया गया। उपायुक्त ने स्पष्ट किया कि निर्धारित प्रगति नहीं होने की स्थिति में संबंधित कर्मियों के विरुद्ध कार्रवाई करते हुए वेतन स्थगित करने की कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
इसके अतिरिक्त सेविका एवं सहायिका की लंबित चयन प्रक्रियाओं की समीक्षा करते हुए उपायुक्त ने सभी लंबित मामलों का त्वरित निष्पादन सुनिश्चित करने तथा चयन प्रक्रिया को शीघ्र पूर्ण करने का निर्देश दिया।
बैठक में उप विकास आयुक्त, जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी, विभिन्न प्रखंडों की बाल विकास परियोजना पदाधिकारी (सीडीपीओ), महिला पर्यवेक्षिकाएं (एलएस) सहित संबंधित पदाधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
