उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो की अध्यक्षता में टेलीकॉम सेवाओं की समीक्षात्मक बैठक संपन्न

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो की अध्यक्षता में शुक्रवार को समाहरणालय स्थित सभागार में जिले में दूरसंचार सेवाओं की उपलब्धता एवं गुणवत्ता को लेकर टेलीकॉम कंपनियों तथा संबंधित विभागीय अधिकारियों के साथ समीक्षात्मक बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में बीएसएनएल टावरों की स्थिति, भारत नेट परियोजना की प्रगति, नेटवर्क विहीन क्षेत्रों में मोबाइल कनेक्टिविटी उपलब्ध कराने तथा दूरसंचार सेवाओं के सुदृढ़ीकरण से संबंधित विभिन्न बिंदुओं पर विस्तृत समीक्षा की गई।

बैठक के दौरान उपायुक्त ने निर्देश दिया कि जिन स्थानों पर बीएसएनएल टावरों के उपकरणों अथवा अन्य सामग्रियों की चोरी हुई है, वहां संबंधित थानों में अविलंब प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराई जाए, ताकि पुलिस प्रशासन द्वारा चोरी गए सामान की शीघ्र बरामदगी सुनिश्चित की जा सके। उन्होंने इस संबंध में लापरवाही नहीं बरतने तथा आवश्यक कार्रवाई समयबद्ध रूप से पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिए।

समीक्षा के क्रम में बीएसएनएल के उन टावरों की भी जानकारी ली गई, जहां चोरी अथवा अन्य कारणों से सेवाएं प्रभावित हुई हैं। उपायुक्त ने ऐसे सभी टावरों की मरम्मत एवं आवश्यक उपकरणों की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करते हुए उन्हें जल्द से जल्द पुनः क्रियाशील बनाने का निर्देश दिया।

बैठक में भारत नेट परियोजना की प्रगति की समीक्षा करते हुए उपायुक्त ने जिले की सभी पंचायतों में भारत नेट सेवाओं का सुचारू संचालन सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में डिजिटल कनेक्टिविटी को मजबूत करने के लिए सभी संबंधित एजेंसियां समन्वय स्थापित कर कार्य करें।

उपायुक्त ने बीएसएनएल को रामजा (कोब्जा) पंचायत में नया मोबाइल टावर स्थापित करने की दिशा में आवश्यक कार्रवाई शीघ्र प्रारंभ करने का निर्देश दिया। साथ ही जानकारी दी गई कि जिले में कुल 12 संभावित स्थलों पर टावर स्थापना हेतु भूमि का चिह्नीकरण किया जा चुका है।

बैठक में यह भी अवगत कराया गया कि जिले के 12 शैडो एरिया, जहां वर्तमान में मोबाइल नेटवर्क की सुविधा उपलब्ध नहीं है, वहां टावर स्थापना हेतु भूमि की उपलब्धता से संबंधित प्रतिवेदन प्रेषित किया गया है। उपायुक्त ने इस दिशा में आगे की कार्रवाई में तेजी लाने का निर्देश दिया।

भारत नेट परियोजना के अंतर्गत नव निर्मित 16 सरकारी भवनों में उपकरणों के स्थानांतरण की समीक्षा करते हुए उपायुक्त ने पुराने भवनों से उपकरणों को नए भवनों में शीघ्र शिफ्ट करने का निर्देश दिया, ताकि सेवाओं का निर्बाध संचालन सुनिश्चित किया जा सके।

उन्होंने संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि पंचायत स्तर पर इंटरनेट एवं फाइबर कनेक्टिविटी को निरंतर बनाए रखने हेतु आवश्यक रिचार्ज एवं तकनीकी प्रक्रियाएं समय पर पूर्ण की जाएं। इसके अतिरिक्त सभी संबंधित दूरसंचार सेवा प्रदाताओं एवं अधिकारियों को निर्धारित प्रारूप में यूआईडी संबंधी प्रतिवेदन अनिवार्य रूप से उपलब्ध कराने का निर्देश दिया गया।

उपायुक्त ने कहा कि जिले के दूरस्थ एवं नेटवर्क विहीन क्षेत्रों तक गुणवत्तापूर्ण दूरसंचार सेवाएं पहुंचाना प्रशासन की प्राथमिकता है तथा इस दिशा में सभी संबंधित एजेंसियों को समन्वित एवं जवाबदेह तरीके से कार्य करना होगा।

बैठक मे अपर समाहर्ता गुमला , संबंधित दूरसंचार कंपनियों के प्रतिनिधि, बीएसएनएल के अधिकारी तथा विभिन्न विभागों के संबंधित पदाधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
