बीजेपी की जातीय संतुलन रणनीति में अगला कदम: क्या मनोहर लाल खट्टर होंगे पार्टी के नए राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष?

नई दिल्ली — भारतीय जनता पार्टी (भाजपा) की सामाजिक संतुलन नीति एक बार फिर सुर्खियों में है, और इस बार चर्चा का केंद्र हैं मनोहर लाल खट्टर, जिन्हें पार्टी का अगला राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष बनाए जाने की संभावना जताई जा रही है। राजनीतिक रणनीतिकार डॉ. अतुल मलिकराम के अनुसार, भाजपा की रणनीति अब उस कड़ी की ओर बढ़ रही है, जहाँ पंजाबी समुदाय को भी शीर्ष नेतृत्व में सशक्त प्रतिनिधित्व दिया जा सकता है।

जातीय संतुलन ने दिलाई सफलता

भारत के 36 राज्यों और केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों में से भाजपा इस समय 21 में सत्ता में है। डॉ. मलिकराम बताते हैं कि जहां एक ओर प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व को इसका प्रमुख कारण माना जाता है, वहीं दूसरी ओर जातीय और क्षेत्रीय संतुलन की रणनीति भी भाजपा की चुनावी सफलता की एक अहम वजह रही है।

हर समुदाय को मिला मंच, पंजाबी समुदाय रहा पीछे

पार्टी ने एसटी, एससी, ओबीसी, सवर्ण, अल्पसंख्यक, और क्षेत्रीय समुदायों को नेतृत्व में स्थान देकर सामाजिक संतुलन स्थापित किया है। छत्तीसगढ़ में विष्णु देव साय (एसटी), मध्य प्रदेश में मोहन यादव (ओबीसी), हरियाणा में नायब सिंह सैनी (ओबीसी), दिल्ली में रेखा गुप्ता (वैश्य), और राजस्थान में भजनलाल शर्मा (ब्राह्मण) जैसे नियुक्तियां इसी रणनीति का हिस्सा हैं। हालांकि पंजाबी समुदाय को अब तक शीर्ष पदों पर अपेक्षाकृत कम स्थान मिला है।

खट्टर: संतुलन की संभावित कड़ी

मनोहर लाल खट्टर, जो हरियाणा के दो बार के मुख्यमंत्री रह चुके हैं, लंबे समय से भाजपा और राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ (RSS) से जुड़े हुए हैं। 1977 में प्रचारक के रूप में शुरुआत करने वाले खट्टर, 1994 में भाजपा से औपचारिक रूप से जुड़े और 2014 से पहले हरियाणा में संगठनात्मक महासचिव के तौर पर भी सक्रिय रहे। प्रधानमंत्री मोदी के साथ उनके करीबी संबंध, गैर-जाट चेहरे के रूप में उनकी स्वीकार्यता, और उनकी अनुशासित कार्यशैली उन्हें राष्ट्रीय नेतृत्व के लिए उपयुक्त विकल्प बनाती है।

पंजाबी समुदाय को साधने की रणनीति

डॉ. मलिकराम का मानना है कि खट्टर की राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष पद पर नियुक्ति से भाजपा को पंजाब, हरियाणा और दिल्ली जैसे राज्यों में पंजाबी समुदाय को प्रभावी ढंग से साधने में मदद मिल सकती है। यह नियुक्ति एक राजनीतिक संदेश भी होगी कि पार्टी हर क्षेत्र और समुदाय को समान महत्व देती है।

मजबूत सामाजिक गणित और राजनीतिक समीकरण

राजनीतिक पटल पर नजर दौड़ाई जाए तो भाजपा की नियुक्तियों में एक सुस्पष्ट सामाजिक संतुलन दिखाई देता है। गोवा के प्रमोद सावंत (मराठा), उत्तर प्रदेश के योगी आदित्यनाथ (राजपूत), और अरुणाचल प्रदेश के पेमा खांडू (बौद्ध समुदाय) जैसे नेता इस रणनीति के हिस्से हैं। जबकि मुस्लिम समुदाय को शीर्ष पदों पर अभी मौका नहीं मिला है, भाजपा अल्पसंख्यक मोर्चा जैसे संगठनों के माध्यम से उनसे संपर्क साध रही है।

भाजपा की जातीय संतुलन पर आधारित रणनीति ने उसे देश भर में चुनावी मजबूती दिलाई है। अब अगर मनोहर लाल खट्टर को राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष बनाया जाता है, तो यह न केवल पंजाबी समुदाय के प्रति पार्टी की प्रतिबद्धता को दर्शाएगा, बल्कि भाजपा की विविधता में एकता की नीति को और मजबूती देगा।
