गुमला में “डिजिटल रक्षा पाठशाला” का आयोजन, 1000 से अधिक लोगों को साइबर अपराध से बचाव की दी गई जानकारी

गुमला, 23 जुलाई – डिजिटल युग में बढ़ते साइबर अपराधों से नागरिकों को जागरूक करने के उद्देश्य से गुमला जिला प्रशासन की ओर से मंगलवार को कार्तिक उरांव कॉलेज ऑडिटोरियम में जिला स्तरीय “डिजिटल रक्षा पाठशाला” का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम का उद्घाटन उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित, पुलिस अधीक्षक हरीश बिन ज़मान, उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो और अपर समाहर्ता शशिंद्र कुमार बड़ाईक ने संयुक्त रूप से दीप प्रज्वलित कर किया।

इस कार्यक्रम में जिले भर से लगभग 1000 से अधिक नागरिक, छात्र-छात्राएं, पंचायत प्रतिनिधि, शिक्षक, VLE, सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता और आम नागरिक शामिल हुए। सभी प्रतिभागियों को डिजिटल सुरक्षा, फेक न्यूज, फर्जी वेबसाइट, ओटीपी फ्रॉड और अन्य साइबर अपराधों से जुड़ी महत्वपूर्ण जानकारियां दी गईं।

उपायुक्त ने साझा किया अनुभव
अपने संबोधन में उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने कहा कि डिजिटल जागरूकता आज के समय की आवश्यकता है। उन्होंने बताया कि कई नागरिक ऑनलाइन फ्रॉड का शिकार होकर शिकायत लेकर आते हैं, लेकिन कानूनी प्रक्रिया लंबी होती है। सतर्कता ही साइबर अपराध से बचाव का सबसे कारगर तरीका है। उन्होंने स्वयं का एक अनुभव साझा करते हुए बताया कि उन्हें भी एक बार तत्काल टिकट बुकिंग के नाम पर फर्जी लिंक प्राप्त हुआ था।

विशेषज्ञों से मिला तकनीकी मार्गदर्शन
कार्यक्रम में साइबर पीस, गूगल डेवलपर ग्रुप रांची, और आईटी विशेषज्ञों की टीम ने आम भाषा में साइबर सुरक्षा के जटिल विषयों को समझाया।

• शुभांगी शिफा (Cyber Peace) ने साइबर अपराध की शिकायत की प्रक्रिया और राष्ट्रीय पोर्टल www.cybercrime.gov.in की जानकारी दी।
• देशबंधु मिश्रा (Google Developer Group, Ranchi) ने फर्जी वेबसाइट, ओटीपी फ्रॉड और नकली लिंक की पहचान करना सिखाया।
• विवेक सिंह (IT Manager) ने लाइव डेमो के माध्यम से साइबर शिकायत दर्ज करने की विधि बताई।
• सुनील कुजूर (Cyber Peace) ने बताया कि सोशल मीडिया और मोबाइल के अनियमित उपयोग से कैसे साइबर अपराधियों को मौका मिलता है।

पुलिस अधीक्षक ने दी चेतावनी
पुलिस अधीक्षक हरीश बिन ज़मान ने कहा कि साइबर अपराधी केवल ओटीपी नहीं, बल्कि वॉयस सैंपल और फोटो तक का दुरुपयोग कर सकते हैं। उन्होंने नागरिकों से अपील की कि किसी भी संदिग्ध कॉल, मैसेज या लिंक मिलने पर तुरंत 1930 हेल्पलाइन या निकटतम थाना में संपर्क करें।

इंटरएक्टिव सेशन में साझा हुए अनुभव
कार्यक्रम के अंत में आयोजित संवादात्मक सत्र में नागरिकों ने अपने अनुभव साझा किए और विशेषज्ञों से समाधान प्राप्त किए। उपस्थित लोगों ने इस पहल को अत्यंत उपयोगी और समयानुकूल बताया।

सावधानी ही सुरक्षा का उपाय – जिला प्रशासन की अपील
जिला प्रशासन ने नागरिकों से निम्नलिखित सावधानियों को अपनाने की अपील की:

• अनजान लिंक या वेबसाइट पर क्लिक न करें
• बैंक या पासवर्ड जैसी गोपनीय जानकारी साझा न करें
• फर्जी इनाम या लॉटरी के झांसे में न आएं
• फेक न्यूज़ को आगे बढ़ाने से बचें
• नियमित रूप से पासवर्ड बदलें
• साइबर अपराध की स्थिति में तुरंत शिकायत दर्ज करें

गुमला जिला प्रशासन की यह पहल जिले को साइबर अपराध से सुरक्षित बनाने की दिशा में एक सशक्त कदम के रूप में सराही जा रही है।
