JSLPS सिसई कार्यालय में आयोजित बैंकर्स मीटिंग, वित्तीय समावेशन को लेकर बनी नई रणनीति

गुमला, 23 जुलाई — सिसई प्रखंड के JSLPS कार्यालय में प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी (BDO) सिसई की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित बैंकर्स मीटिंग में वित्तीय समावेशन से जुड़ी योजनाओं की समीक्षा करते हुए आगामी कार्ययोजना पर व्यापक चर्चा की गई। इस बैठक का उद्देश्य महिला स्वयं सहायता समूहों को आर्थिक रूप से अधिक सक्षम बनाना और बैंकिंग प्रणाली से बेहतर रूप से जोड़ना था।

स्वयं सहायता समूहों को दी जाएगी और अधिक बैंकिंग सुविधाएं
बैठक में नए समूहों के बचत खाते खोलने, बैंकों से क्रेडिट कैश लिमिट (CCL) सुविधा उपलब्ध कराने, मुद्रा लोन की प्रगति, ऋण वितरण, दावों के निपटारे, और रिवाल्विंग फंड (RF) व कम्युनिटी इन्वेस्टमेंट फंड (CIF) से जुड़ी गतिविधियों पर चर्चा की गई।

BDO सिसई ने जताई सराहना, दिए निर्देश
बैठक को संबोधित करते हुए BDO सिसई ने सभी बैंक कर्मियों और JSLPS टीम की सहभागिता की सराहना की और कहा कि “वित्तीय समावेशन तभी सार्थक होगा जब हर महिला समूह तक बैंकिंग सुविधाएं निर्बाध रूप से पहुंचें।” उन्होंने निर्देशित किया कि सफल दीदियों की केस स्टडी तैयार की जाए और उनके अनुभवों पर प्रेरणादायक वीडियो बनाए जाएं, ताकि अन्य महिलाएं भी उनसे सीख सकें और आत्मनिर्भर बनें।

बैंकों और प्रशासन का साझा प्रयास
बैठक में सिसई प्रखंड अंतर्गत विभिन्न बैंक शाखाओं के प्रबंधक, जिला स्तर से JSLPS के वित्तीय समावेशन प्रबंधक, BPM सिसई, JSLPS के प्रखंड स्तरीय कर्मी और संकुल संगठन की अध्यक्ष उपस्थित रहे। सभी प्रतिनिधियों ने मिलकर योजनाओं के बेहतर क्रियान्वयन और वित्तीय गतिविधियों की पारदर्शिता को सुनिश्चित करने की प्रतिबद्धता जताई।

वित्तीय समावेशन से सशक्त हो रहा है ग्रामीण समाज
यह बैठक ग्रामीण महिलाओं को आर्थिक मुख्यधारा में शामिल करने की दिशा में एक और सशक्त प्रयास रही। JSLPS के माध्यम से सैकड़ों महिला समूह आज स्वरोजगार की दिशा में बढ़ चुके हैं, और बैंकर्स मीटिंग जैसे आयोजन उन्हें आगे और मजबूती से आगे बढ़ने का मंच प्रदान कर रहे हैं।
