गुमला, 24 जुलाई: जिला मुख्यालय स्थित पुलिस अधीक्षक कार्यालय सभागार, चंदाली में पुलिस कप्तान हरीश बिन ज़मान की अध्यक्षता में मासिक अपराध समीक्षात्मक बैठक का आयोजन किया गया। बैठक में सभी अनुमंडल पुलिस पदाधिकारी, थाना प्रभारी, शाखा प्रभारी एवं पुलिसकर्मी शामिल हुए। बैठक में अपराध नियंत्रण, सड़क सुरक्षा, महिला अपराध, मानव तस्करी समेत कई महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दों पर विस्तार से चर्चा हुई।
बैठक की शुरुआत में ई-DAR एवं हिट एंड रन मामलों से संबंधित आंकड़ों की ऑनलाइन व ऑफलाइन प्रविष्टि को लेकर प्रस्तुति दी गई। इस दौरान पुलिस कप्तान ने सभी थाना प्रभारियों को सख्त निर्देश दिया कि वे समय पर सटीक जानकारी दर्ज करें और सड़क दुर्घटनाओं से संबंधित मामलों में संवेदनशीलता के साथ त्वरित कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करें।
अपराध नियंत्रण के लिए दिए गए मुख्य निर्देश:
- नशे के सौदागरों पर नकेल कसें: पुलिस कप्तान ने मादक पदार्थों की अवैध बिक्री और तस्करी पर रोक लगाने हेतु विशेष अभियान चलाने का निर्देश दिया।
- अवैध खनन पर कार्रवाई: बालू, चिप्स आदि के अवैध उत्खनन व परिवहन को चिन्हित कर उनके विरुद्ध कानून सम्मत कार्रवाई करने के आदेश दिए गए।
- सामाजिक बुराइयों पर लगाम: डायन प्रथा व महिलाओं से संबंधित अपराधों को रोकने के लिए प्रत्येक थाना क्षेत्र में साप्ताहिक जागरूकता अभियान चलाने की हिदायत दी गई।
- सड़क सुरक्षा जागरूकता: ओवरस्पीडिंग, बिना हेलमेट वाहन चलाना और नशे में ड्राइविंग जैसे मामलों को लेकर समय-समय पर विशेष जागरूकता अभियान चलाने पर जोर दिया गया।
- जन शिकायतों का शीघ्र निपटारा: लंबित आवेदनों को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर निष्पादित करने के लिए थाना प्रभारियों को विशेष दिशा-निर्देश दिए गए।
- जमानत पर रिहा अपराधियों की निगरानी: जेल से छूटे आरोपियों की गतिविधियों पर कड़ी नजर रखने और आवश्यकतानुसार पुनः कानूनी कार्रवाई की बात कही गई।
- गंभीर मामलों में तत्परता: हत्या, बलात्कार, POCSO, अपहरण व अप्राकृतिक मृत्यु जैसे गंभीर अपराधों में तत्काल प्राथमिकी दर्ज कर त्वरित अनुसंधान का निर्देश दिया गया।
- लंबित वारंट निष्पादन: सभी प्रकार के लंबित वारंटों – स्थायी, लाल, गैर-तामिला आदि के निष्पादन को प्राथमिकता देने की बात कही गई।
जनता से संवाद पर ज़ोर:
पुलिस अधीक्षक ने कहा कि थानों में आने वाले आमजनों के साथ मधुर व्यवहार किया जाए। उनकी समस्याओं को गंभीरता से सुना जाए और ज़रूरत पड़ने पर तत्काल प्राथमिकी दर्ज कर उचित कार्रवाई की जाए।
बैठक का उद्देश्य गुमला जिले में अपराध नियंत्रण को और अधिक सुदृढ़ करना था। पुलिस कप्तान ने अधिकारियों को स्पष्ट संदेश दिया कि जिले में कानून का राज कायम रखने के लिए सभी को चौबीसों घंटे सक्रिय रहना होगा। उन्होंने कहा कि, “नशा, अपराध और समाज विरोधी तत्वों को किसी भी कीमत पर बख्शा नहीं जाएगा।”
