गुमला में क्षेत्रीय शिक्षा संयुक्त निदेशक का निरीक्षण दौरा: सुधार और सुरक्षा को दी गति

गुमला, 24 जुलाई — दक्षिणी छोटानागपुर प्रमंडल की क्षेत्रीय शिक्षा संयुक्त निदेशक नीलम आईलीन टोप्पो ने आज जिले के शैक्षणिक कार्यालयों का निरीक्षण करते हुए शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता और छात्र सुरक्षा को सुनिश्चित करने पर विशेष जोर दिया।

निरीक्षण के दौरान उन्होंने जिला शिक्षा परियोजना कार्यालय का दौरा किया, जहाँ उन्होंने जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक नूर आलम खां, सहायक कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी रोज मिंज, शुभकामना प्रसाद, अमर टूटी, फील्ड मैनेजर रामचंद्र कुमार सिंह, बीपीओ दिलदार सिंह, तथा अन्य स्टाफ से परिचय प्राप्त किया और उनके कार्यों का विस्तृत मूल्यांकन किया।

समीक्षा के मुख्य बिंदु:

• कस्तूरबा गांधी बालिका आवासीय विद्यालयों की स्थिति:
  निदेशक ने बोर्ड परीक्षाओं के परिणाम देखे और बालिका शिक्षा प्रभारी को “सभी छात्राओं को गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा एवं सुरक्षित आवासीय व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने” का निर्देश दिया। साथ ही, सभी विद्यालयों में सीसीटीवी कैमरों के कार्यशील रहने पर भी बल दिया।
• दफ्तर की संसाधन स्थिति:
  परियोजना कार्यालय में कंप्यूटर, प्रिंटर और फर्नीचर की कमी देखी गई। निदेशक ने आदेश दिया कि “प्रबंधन मद से आवश्यक उपकरणों की जल्द खरीद प्रक्रिया शुरू की जाए” जिससे कार्य में न्यूनता न रहे।
• विद्यालय प्रबंधन व प्रशिक्षण:
  उन्होंने विद्यालय प्रबंधन समितियों, शिक्षकों के प्रशिक्षण और गैर-नियमित विद्यार्थी का रिकॉर्ड देखा। सभी सहायक कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारियों को निर्देश मिला कि “वे नियमित क्षेत्र भ्रमण करें और समयबद्ध कार्य निष्पादन सुनिश्चित करें।”

निदेशक का दृष्टिकोण:

नीलम आईलीन टोप्पो ने कहा, “हमारे लक्ष्य में केवल संख्या नहीं, बल्कि गुणवत्ता और सुरक्षा भी अहम है। शिक्षकों और अधिकारियों की सक्रिय भागीदारी से हम शैक्षणिक मानकों को दिन-प्रतिदिन बेहतर बना सकते हैं।”

उनके मार्गदर्शन से गुमला जिले में सरकारी स्कूलों और आवासीय विद्यालयों की शैक्षणिक और संरचनात्मक क्षमता को मजबूती मिल सकती है।

नीलम आईलीन टोप्पो के निरीक्षण ने गुमला जिले की शिक्षा व्यवस्था में सुधार की दिशा में उठाए गए कदमों को गति दी है। छात्रों के शैक्षणिक विकास और सुरक्षा को सुनिश्चित करते हुए, प्रशासनिक तत्परता से उम्मीद है कि शिक्षा की दिशा और गुणवत्ता दोनों में सुधार आएगा।
