दवा की ऊंची कीमतों पर उठते सवाल, समाजसेवी संजर मलिक ने केंद्र सरकार से की हस्तक्षेप की मांग

गुमला, 26 जुलाई 2025 — “दवा इंसान की ज़िंदगी की सबसे ज़रूरी ज़रूरत है, लेकिन इसका दाम ज़मीन से नहीं, आसमान से जुड़ा हुआ लगता है।”—इन्हीं तीखे शब्दों के साथ समाजसेवी एवं पूर्व विधानसभा प्रत्याशी फहिम उद्दीन अहमद उर्फ संजर मलिक ने केंद्र सरकार पर दवा मूल्य नियंत्रण को लेकर गंभीर सवाल उठाए हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि आम आदमी बीमार होने पर अपनी हर जमा-पूंजी, यहां तक कि इज्जत तक को दांव पर लगा देता है, लेकिन महंगी दवाएं उसके इलाज की राह में सबसे बड़ी बाधा बन चुकी हैं।

“एमआरपी की लूट—70 से 90 गुना तक बढ़ा देते हैं दवा कंपनियां”
संजर मलिक ने आरोप लगाया कि दवा कंपनियां जिस दर पर होलसेलर को दवा उपलब्ध कराती हैं, उससे कई गुना बढ़ा कर उस पर अधिकतम खुदरा मूल्य (MRP) अंकित करती हैं। “10, 20 या 30 रुपये में बनने वाली दवा की कीमत रिटेल में 300 रुपये तक कैसे पहुंच जाती है?”—मलिक ने सवाल उठाया।

“हर व्यक्ति की जरूरत है दवा, फिर इतनी महंगी क्यों?”
उन्होंने कहा कि मरीजों को कभी उधार लेकर, कभी ज़ेवर बेचकर, तो कभी जमीन गिरवी रखकर दवा खरीदनी पड़ती है। यह स्थिति बेहद गंभीर है। मलिक का कहना है कि दवा अब इंसान की बुनियादी ज़रूरत बन चुकी है और उसकी पहुंच सभी तक होनी चाहिए।

कई कंपनियों की एक ही दवा, लेकिन कीमत में जमीन-आसमान का फर्क
संजर मलिक ने इस बात पर भी चिंता जताई कि एक ही फार्मूले की दवा अलग-अलग कंपनियां बनाती हैं, लेकिन उनके दाम में बड़ा अंतर होता है। उन्होंने पूछा कि जब सामग्री एक जैसी है, तो कीमतें भिन्न क्यों हैं?

सरकार और विपक्ष दोनों पर साधा निशाना
उन्होंने कहा कि सरकारें मंचों से गरीबों की बात करती हैं, लेकिन व्यावहारिक रूप से फार्मा उद्योगपतियों के हितों को प्राथमिकता देती हैं। न तो सत्ताधारी पार्टी और न ही विपक्ष ने इस मुद्दे को गंभीरता से लिया है।

“जनता को खुद बनना होगा आवाज़”
अंत में, संजर मलिक ने देश की आम जनता से अपील की कि वे इस मुद्दे पर मुखर होकर आवाज़ उठाएं। “दवा जीवन रक्षक है, इसे किसी विलासिता की वस्तु नहीं माना जा सकता,” उन्होंने कहा।
