गिरिडीह : उपायुक्त रामनिवास यादव ने समाहरणालय सभागार में सोमवार को बाल संरक्षण के मुद्दों पर जिला बाल कल्याण और संरक्षण समिति की बैठक की। बैठक में उपायुक्त ने बच्चों के अधिकारों, उनके कल्याण, और सुरक्षा से संबंधित विभिन्न विषयों पर जोर दिया। उन्होंने इस बात पर जोर दिया कि बच्चों को सुरक्षित वातावरण मिले, जहां उनकी शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य और पोषण की उचित व्यवस्था हो।

बैठक में उपायुक्त ने मिशन वात्सल्य योजना अंतर्गत कार्यरत सभी घटकों, जिसमें जिला बाल संरक्षण इकाई, बाल कल्याण समिति, किशोर न्याय बोर्ड, चाइल्ड हेल्पलाइन, वन स्टॉप सेंटर की समीक्षा की।

साथ ही चाइल्ड लाइन की गतिविधियों के संबंध में एवं उनकी समस्याओं के संबंध में चर्चा की गयी। वहीं मिशन वात्सल्य योजना, फॉस्टर केयर योजना के साथ ही चाइल्ड प्रोटेक्शन पॉलिसी, वल्नेरेबिलिटी मैपिंग, सड़क पर जीवनयापन करने वाले बच्चों को शिक्षा प्रदान करने, बाल श्रम, बाल व्यापार, बाल विवाह, बाल संरक्षण, पॉक्सो, किशोर न्याय अधिनियम, बच्चों से जुड़े अन्य कानून पर चर्चा की गयी।

डीसी ने सहयोगात्मक रणनीति विकसित करने पर जोर दिया

उपायुक्त ने सभी स्टेक होल्डर को निर्देशित किया कि विशेष परिस्थितियों में रह रहे किशोर-किशोरियों की सुरक्षा और उनके समग्र विकास के लिए सक्रिय भूमिका निभाएं। उपायुक्त ने बैठक में बाल संरक्षण से जुड़े मुद्दों पर सहयोगात्मक रणनीति विकसित करने, बाल संरक्षण से जुड़े मुद्दों पर हितधारकों के साथ संवाद को सुविधाजनक बनाने, बाल संरक्षण ढांचे को मजबूत करने तथा बाल संरक्षण से जुड़े मुद्दों पर अंतर विभागीय समन्वय स्थापित करने पर बल दिया गया।

बैठक में उप विकास आयुक्त स्मृता कु्मारी, अपर समाहर्ता, जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी, सहायक श्रमायुक्त, जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी, सहायक नगर आयुक्त, बाल संरक्षण पदाधिकारी समेत अन्य संबंधित अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
