गुमला पुलिस की बड़ी कार्रवाई: भारी मात्रा में प्रतिबंधित नशीली दवाएं बरामद, दो आरोपी गिरफ्तार

गुमला, 4 अगस्त 2025: गुमला पुलिस को एक बार फिर नशीले पदार्थों की तस्करी रोकने में बड़ी सफलता मिली है। गुप्त सूचना के आधार पर पुलिस अधीक्षक हरीश बिन जमां के निर्देश और एसडीपीओ सुरेश प्रसाद यादव के नेतृत्व में गठित छापामार टीम ने 34 कार्टून प्रतिबंधित नशीली दवाएं बरामद की हैं, जिनकी बाजार कीमत लाखों में बताई जा रही है। इस मामले में दो आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार कर न्यायालय में प्रस्तुत करने के बाद गुमला जेल भेज दिया गया है।

गुप्त सूचना मिली थी कि दो व्यक्ति अपने-अपने दोपहिया वाहनों से खरका गांव की ओर से कोटाम गांव की ओर नशीली दवा की आपूर्ति के लिए जा रहे हैं। सूचना मिलते ही एसडीपीओ सुरेश यादव के नेतृत्व में एक टीम गठित की गई, जिसमें गुमला थाना के पुअनि उदेश्वर पाल, सअनि गफ्फार अंसारी, नौशाद पवरिया, और अन्य पुलिसकर्मी शामिल थे। टीम ने कोटाम जाने वाली मुख्य सड़क पर चेकिंग अभियान शुरू किया।

भागने की कोशिश, लेकिन पुलिस ने दबोचा

थोड़ी ही देर में एक सुपर स्प्लेंडर मोटरसाइकिल (JH01F-5509) और एक स्कूटी (JH01DN-1026) पर सवार दो व्यक्ति पुलिस चेकिंग देखकर भागने लगे। सशस्त्र बल की तत्परता से दोनों को रोका गया और पूछताछ की गई।

गिरफ्तार आरोपी

1. नईम खान (50 वर्ष) — ग्राम गोया, थाना घाघरा, जिला गुमला
2. मिथलेश सिंह (50 वर्ष) — पुटो रोड, थाना घाघरा, जिला गुमला

तलाशी में नईम खान की बाइक से पीले रंग के झोले में Winspasmo Forte की 1,440 कैप्सूल, और मिथलेश सिंह की स्कूटी से 5,760 कैप्सूल बरामद किए गए। किसी के पास भी इन दवाओं के वैध दस्तावेज नहीं थे।

घर से मिला बड़ा जखीरा

पूछताछ में मिथलेश सिंह ने कबूला कि उसके घर पर और भी बड़ी मात्रा में नशीली दवाएं रखी गई हैं। उसकी निशानदेही पर सीमा सिलाई सेंटर नामक स्थान से निम्नलिखित सामान बरामद किया गया:

• Win Corex Cough Syrup (100ml) — कुल 23 कार्टून, कुल 2,950 बोतलें
• Winspasmo Forte CAPSULES — कुल 25,920 कैप्सूल

विधिसम्मत कार्रवाई

दोनों आरोपियों को NDPS अधिनियम की धारा 50 के तहत विधिवत गिरफ्तार कर आवश्यक कानूनी प्रक्रिया पूरी की गई और न्यायालय में प्रस्तुत कर गुमला जेल भेजा गया।

विशेष जानकारी

• नईम खान पूर्व में भी वर्ष 2020 में घाघरा थाना क्षेत्र से जेल जा चुका है।
• पुलिस अधीक्षक ने इस कार्रवाई के लिए टीम को सराहना दी और कहा कि नशे के खिलाफ अभियान लगातार जारी रहेगा।

गुमला पुलिस की यह सफलता दिखाती है कि अवैध नशीली दवाओं के खिलाफ उसकी रणनीति सक्रिय और प्रभावी है। इस प्रकार की त्वरित कार्रवाई समाज में जागरूकता लाने और युवाओं को नशे से दूर रखने के लिए जरूरी है।
