गुमला ः गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देशानुसार जिले में संचालित विभिन्न कल्याणकारी एवं विकासात्मक योजनाओं की प्रभावी अनुश्रवण तथा पारदर्शी क्रियान्वयन सुनिश्चित करने हेतु वरीय अधिकारियों द्वारा सभी प्रखंडों में नियमित रूप से क्षेत्र भ्रमण किया जा रहा है।
इसी क्रम में उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो के निर्देशानुसार आज विशेष रूप से अनुसूचित जनजाति (PVTG) समुदाय के लिए संचालित शैक्षणिक संस्थानों एवं छात्रावासों का निरीक्षण किया गया। निरीक्षण के दौरान तुसगांव स्थित PVTG आवासीय विद्यालय, अबुआ आवास तथा जनमन आवास की व्यवस्थाओं का गहन अवलोकन किया गया।
निरीक्षण के दौरान उप विकास आयुक्त द्वारा विद्यार्थियों के रहने की व्यवस्था, स्वच्छता, पेयजल, भोजन, शैक्षणिक सामग्री तथा अन्य मूलभूत आवश्यकताओं की समुचित समीक्षा की गई। उन्होंने संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि छात्रावासों में रह रहे बच्चों को सुरक्षित, स्वच्छ एवं सुविधा युक्त वातावरण प्रदान करना प्राथमिकता होनी चाहिए।
उन्होंने मौके पर ही कई बिंदुओं पर आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि जिले में संचालित आवासीय विद्यालयों एवं छात्रावासों में शैक्षणिक गुणवत्ता और छात्र हित सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता होनी चाहिए। किसी भी स्तर पर लापरवाही पाए जाने की स्थिति में संबंधित के विरुद्ध कड़ी कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित की जाएगी।
जिला प्रशासन द्वारा यह सतत प्रयास किया जा रहा है कि योजनाओं का लाभ लक्षित समुदायों तक समयबद्ध, पारदर्शी एवं गुणवत्तापूर्ण तरीके से पहुँचे, ताकि राज्य एवं केंद्र सरकार की मंशा के अनुरूप समावेशी विकास की दिशा में ठोस पहल सुनिश्चित की जा सके।
