प्रखंड स्तरीय जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन, कई मामलों का त्वरित निष्पादन

गुमला ः गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देशानुसार जिले के सभी प्रखंडों में प्रत्येक सप्ताह नियमित रूप से जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। इस क्रम में आज दिनांक 07 अगस्त 2025 को सिसई एवं चैनपुर प्रखंडों में जन शिकायत निवारण कार्यक्रम का सफल आयोजन किया गया।

प्रखंड सिसई में प्राप्त कुल 11 आवेदनों में से 08 मामलों का ऑन स्पॉट निष्पादन किया गया, जबकि 03 आवेदनों को संबंधित विभाग को अग्रसारित कर आवश्यक कार्रवाई हेतु प्रेषित किया गया। प्राप्त आवेदनों में वृद्धा पेंशन (05), बाल विकास (01), मइया योजना (02), जन्म-मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र (02) एवं पेयजल (01) से संबंधित आवेदन शामिल थे।

वहीं, चैनपुर प्रखंड-सह-अंचल कार्यालय में आयोजित जन शिकायत निवारण कार्यक्रम के दौरान कुल 15 आवेदन प्राप्त हुए, जिनमें पेंशन (02), राशन कार्ड (02), जन्म प्रमाण पत्र (01), पंजी-2 सुधार (04), मकान क्षति मुआवजा (05) एवं फसल क्षति मुआवजा (01) से संबंधित शिकायतें शामिल थीं। इनमें से 08 आवेदनों का मौके पर त्वरित निष्पादन किया गया।

जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस के आयोजन का उद्देश्य आमजन की समस्याओं का त्वरित समाधान सुनिश्चित करना है, ताकि योजनाओं और सेवाओं का लाभ सीधे ज़मीनी स्तर पर पहुंच सके।
