विभावि में स्वतंत्रता दिवस समारोह को लेकर कुलपति ने की उच्च स्तरीय बैठक

कार्यक्रम की शोभा बढ़ाएगी स्थानीय महाविद्यालयों की एनसीसी टुकड़िया

विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय के आर्यभट्ट सभागार में स्वतंत्रता दिवस समारोह के आयोजन को लेकर एक उच्च स्तरीय बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक की अध्यक्षता करते हुए कुलपति प्रो चंद्र भूषण शर्मा ने सभी समिति के संयोजकों को कहा कि वह अपने-अपने सदस्यों के साथ यथाशीघ्र बैठक कर कार्यों की रूपरेखा तय कर ले। बाद के लिए कोई कार्य ना छोड़े।

उन्होंने बताया कि यह कार्यक्रम प्रत्येक वर्ष आयोजित किया जाता है तो इसकी कार्य पद्धति को एक बार बैठकर अच्छा से तैयार कर इसे डॉक्यूमेंट कर ले। विश्वविद्यालय के वित्तीय नियमों के अनुसार खर्च का निर्धारण करें। सर्वाधिक खर्च वाले समिति में वित्त पदाधिकारी को शामिल करें। संबंधित समिति के संयोजक की बात को उचित महत्व मिले।

महाविद्यालय से एनसीसी के दल के नहीं पहुंचने या विलंब से पहुंचने के मामले को कुलपति ने गंभीरता से लिया। उन्होंने छात्रकल्याण संकायअध्यक्ष को यह सुनिश्चित करने को निर्देश दिया कि संत कोलंबा महाविद्यालय, मार्खम महाविद्यालय, अन्नदा महाविद्यालय तथा के बी महिला महाविद्यालय से एनसीसी टोलियां समय पर पहुंचे।

बैठक का संचालन विश्वविद्यालय के छात्र कल्याण संकायअध्यक्ष सह कुलसचिव डॉ सादिक रज्जाक ने किया।

मौके पर कुलानुशासक प्रो मिथिलेश कुमार सिंह के सलाह पर सभी सदस्यों से सुझाव आमंत्रित किए गए। तय हुआ कि अब से विश्वविद्यालय परिवार के अवकाश प्राप्त एवं सेवारत साथियों को डिजिटल आमंत्रण पत्र व्हाट्सएप द्वारा भेजे जाएंगे। 15 अगस्त के लिए विश्वविद्यालय मुख्यालय से समूह गान की तीन दलों का चयन 12 अगस्त को डॉ जॉनी रुफिना तिर्की की देखरेख में कर लिया जाएगा। यह भी तय हुआ कि उक्त कार्यक्रम में योग विभाग द्वारा एक संक्षिप्त प्रस्तुति दी जाएगी।

बैठक में आयोजन समिति से जुड़े शिक्षक अच्छी संख्या में उपस्थित हुए।
