गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश के आलोक में गुमला जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों में जिला रक्त केंद्र, गुमला के तत्वावधान में 28 जुलाई से 11 अगस्त, 2025 तक रक्तदान शिविरों का आयोजन किया गया। इन शिविरों का उद्देश्य जिले में जरूरतमंद मरीजों के लिए सुरक्षित रक्त की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करना और लोगों को स्वेच्छा से रक्तदान हेतु प्रोत्साहित करना था।
रक्तदान शिविर भरनो प्रखंड में 28 जुलाई को आयोजित हुआ, जिसमें 05 यूनिट रक्त एकत्रित हुआ। 29 जुलाई को सदर प्रखंड में 05 यूनिट, 30 जुलाई को बिशुनपुर प्रखंड में 05 यूनिट, 31 जुलाई को पालकोट प्रखंड में 03 यूनिट, 1 अगस्त को सिसई प्रखंड में 05 यूनिट, 2 अगस्त को चैनपुर प्रखंड में 02 यूनिट, 6 अगस्त को बासिया प्रखंड में 09 यूनिट, 7 अगस्त को डुमरी प्रखंड में 02 यूनिट, 8 अगस्त को जरी प्रखंड में 02 यूनिट तथा 11 अगस्त को घाघरा प्रखंड में 02 यूनिट रक्त एकत्रित किया गया।
इस अवधि में आयोजित रक्तदान शिविरों के माध्यम से कुल 42 यूनिट रक्त एकत्रित हुआ, जो जिला रक्त केंद्र में सुरक्षित रूप से संग्रहित किया गया है और आपात स्थिति में जरूरतमंद मरीजों को उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा।
जिला प्रशासन, गुमला ने जिले के सभी नागरिकों से अपील की है कि वे रक्तदान जैसे मानव सेवा के कार्य में आगे आएं। प्रशासन ने कहा है कि एक यूनिट रक्त किसी भी आपात स्थिति में एक जीवन को बचा सकता है। नियमित रक्तदान न केवल मरीजों के लिए जीवनदायी है, बल्कि यह दाता के स्वास्थ्य के लिए भी लाभकारी होता है।
