युवा दिवस-2025 विशेष: ‘पूत के पाँव पालने में ही दिख जाते हैं’….यह कहावत करण जायसवाल पर हो रहा है चरितार्थ

जन्मभूमि के प्रति कर्तव्य का कर रहें हैं निर्वहन, समाजसेवा के क्षेत्र में बढ़ रहा है नाम

आज अंतर्राष्ट्रीय युवा दिवस है, एक ऐसा दिन जो युवाओं को उनकी सामाजिक, आर्थिक और राजनीतिक जिम्मेदारियों के प्रति जागरूक करता है। यह दिन उन्हें राष्ट्र और समाज के हित में कार्य करने के लिए प्रेरित करता है। इस खास मौके पर हम हजारीबाग के एक ऐसे युवा की बात करेंगे, जिन्होंने कम समय में ही समाज सेवा के क्षेत्र में अपनी एक अलग पहचान बनाई है। हम बात कर रहे हैं करण जायसवाल उर्फ़ सन्नी की जो हजारीबाग के प्रतिष्ठित जायसवाल परिवार से आते हैं और जिनके पिता मनीष जायसवाल वर्तमान में हजारीबाग लोकसभा क्षेत्र के सांसद हैं।

पुणे से एमबीए की पढ़ाई पूरी करने के बाद करण जायसवाल ने 2016 में हजारीबाग वापस लौटने का फैसला किया। उस वक्त साल 2014 में उनके पिता पहली बार हजारीबाग सदर विधानसभा क्षेत्र से विधायक बने थे। अपनी पढ़ाई पूरी करने के बाद करण जायसवाल ने पारिवारिक व्यवसाय की जिम्मेदारी संभाली और साथ ही उनकी सामाजिक गतिविधियों का सिलसिला भी शुरू हो गया। कहते हैं कि ‘पूत के पाँव पालने में ही दिख जाते हैं’…. और यह बात करण जायसवाल पर बिल्कुल सटीक बैठती है।

बहुमुखी प्रतिभा के धनी
करण जायसवाल ने हजारीबाग आते ही कई सामाजिक और खेल संगठनों से जुड़कर समाज की सेवा में खुद को समर्पित कर दिया। उनका जन्म 11 जुलाई 1992 को हुआ था। उनकी प्रारंभिक शिक्षा हजारीबाग के सेंट जेवियर स्कूल से हुई, जबकि माध्यमिक और इंटरमीडिएट की पढ़ाई उन्होंने कोलकाता के सेंट जेम्स स्कूल से कॉमर्स में की। इसके बाद कोलकाता के ही सेंट जेवियर कॉलेज से स्नातक और पुणे के सिम्बायोसिस कॉलेज से एमबीए की डिग्री हासिल की।
वर्तमान में करण जायसवाल कई महत्वपूर्ण पदों पर रहकर समाज की सेवा कर रहे हैं। वह हजारीबाग यूथ विंग के अध्यक्ष, हजारीबाग गौशाला के सह-मंत्री, और हजारीबाग जिला चेस संघ व हजारीबाग जिला क्रिकेट संघ के उपाध्यक्ष हैं। उनके नेतृत्व में हजारीबाग यूथ विंग लगभग हर दिन कोई न कोई सामाजिक गतिविधि करता है। उनके प्रयासों से हर साल आयोजित होने वाले स्वैच्छिक रक्तदान शिविर में जिले में सर्वाधिक रक्तदान का रिकॉर्ड कायम हुआ है। बीते कोरोना काल के लॉकडाउन पीरियड में इनकी सेवा कार्य अतुलनीय रही थी। इन्होंने अपने पिता के विभिन्न चुनावों में भी युवाओं की अलग टोली बनाकर उनके लिए स्टार प्रचारक की भूमिका निभाई थी ।

करण जायसवाल ने खेल के क्षेत्र में भी हजारीबाग का नाम रोशन किया है। उनके नेतृत्व में दो बार राष्ट्रीय स्तर की शतरंज प्रतियोगिता और खो-खो एवं तीरंदाजी में राज्य स्तरीय प्रतियोगिताओं का सफल आयोजन हो चुका है।
करण युवाओं के बीच बेहद लोकप्रिय हैं। जरूरतमंदों की मदद के लिए उनका हाथ हमेशा आगे रहता है। वह इंसानियत और मानवता के प्रति संवेदनशील हैं और सभी को सम्मान देते हैं। अभिमान रहित इस युवा का परिश्रम, लगन और किसी भी कार्य के प्रति समर्पण अतुलनीय है। सब कुछ होते हुए भी उन्होंने समाज सेवा का जो रास्ता चुना है, वह निश्चित रूप से अन्य युवाओं के लिए एक प्रेरणा है ।
