गुमला में जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस: कई समस्याओं का मौके पर समाधान, प्रशासन ने दी त्वरित कार्रवाई के निर्देश

गुमला, 11 अगस्त – गुमला समाहरणालय सभाकक्ष में सोमवार को आयोजित साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में नागरिकों की समस्याओं को सुनते हुए उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो ने कई मामलों का तत्काल निपटारा किया और शेष पर त्वरित कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए। इस कार्यक्रम में जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों और पंचायतों से बड़ी संख्या में लोग पहुंचे।

बैठक में राशन, आवास, स्वास्थ्य, सड़क निर्माण, नगर निकाय व्यवस्था, शिक्षा, नशा मुक्ति और सामाजिक सुरक्षा से जुड़े मुद्दों पर चर्चा हुई। अधिकारियों ने मौके पर ही कई आवेदनों का समाधान किया, जबकि अन्य मामलों को संबंधित विभागों को सौंप दिया गया।

चांडाली के इंद्रटांड़ मोहल्ले में सड़क और बिजली की समस्या
इंद्रटांड़ के निवासियों ने बताया कि उनके इलाके में कच्ची सड़क के कारण बारिश में आवागमन बेहद मुश्किल हो जाता है। साथ ही बिजली के खंभों की भी कमी है। उप विकास आयुक्त ने तुरंत इस पर कार्रवाई के लिए संबंधित विभाग को निर्देशित किया।

हिमाचल में लापता युवक की तलाश की गुहार
सिसई के अभिषेक उरांव ने अपने भाई बंधन उरांव के लापता होने की शिकायत दर्ज कराई। बंधन 21 जुलाई 2025 से हिमाचल प्रदेश के नैनाटिकर में अपने कार्यस्थल से लापता हैं। डीवीसी ने मामले को गंभीर मानते हुए पुलिस अधीक्षक और श्रम अधीक्षक को खोजबीन का आदेश दिया।

विधवा महिला ने बेटी की पढ़ाई के लिए मदद मांगी
पालकोट निवासी सीता मुनि देवी ने पति की मृत्यु के बाद आर्थिक संकट का हवाला देते हुए अपनी 6 वर्षीय बेटी की पढ़ाई के लिए स्पॉन्सरशिप योजना का लाभ देने की मांग की। संबंधित पदाधिकारी को तुरंत सहायता के निर्देश दिए गए।

बरसात में मकान ढहने से बेघर, आवास सहायता की मांग
कुलाबीरा की राजपति साहू ने बताया कि भारी बारिश से उनका कच्चा मकान ढह गया और वे फिलहाल रिश्तेदार के घर में रह रही हैं। उप विकास आयुक्त ने प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी को आवास योजना या आपदा राहत राशि उपलब्ध कराने का निर्देश दिया।

अन्य मुद्दों पर भी हुई सुनवाई
बैठक में आंगनबाड़ी सेविका से जुड़ी शिकायतें, भूमि विवाद, सामाजिक पेंशन, रोजगार सहायता, घरेलू विवाद और सड़क निर्माण से संबंधित कई आवेदन प्राप्त हुए।

नियमित रूप से हो रहे जन शिकायत कार्यक्रम
प्रशासन हर मंगलवार और शुक्रवार को जिला और अनुमंडल स्तर पर जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस आयोजित कर रहा है। इसके अलावा, शनिवार को चयनित प्रखंडों में अंचल दिवस और हर माह की 26 तारीख को थाना दिवस के माध्यम से थाना से संबंधित मामलों का निपटारा किया जाता है।

उप विकास आयुक्त ने नागरिकों से अपील की कि वे अपनी समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए इन जन शिकायत कार्यक्रमों में भाग लेकर सीधे प्रशासन से संपर्क करें, ताकि समयबद्ध और पारदर्शी तरीके से निपटारा हो सके।
