बिशुनपुर में जन शिकायत दिवस: 15 में से 4 मामलों का तत्काल समाधान, शेष पर त्वरित कार्रवाई जारी

गुमला, 12 अगस्त — गुमला जिले के बिशुनपुर अंचल कार्यालय में आयोजित साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत दिवस के दौरान सोमवार को कुल 15 आवेदन प्राप्त हुए। इनमें से चार मामलों का निपटारा मौके पर ही कर दिया गया, जबकि बाकी 11 आवेदनों पर नियमानुसार कार्रवाई जारी है।

अंचल कार्यालय से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार, प्राप्त आवेदनों में अतिवृष्टि से मकान क्षति का 1 मामला, तत्काल प्रमाण पत्र निर्गत के 3 आवेदन, पारिवारिक सदस्यता संबंधी 5 मामले, प्रधानमंत्री किसान सम्मान निधि योजना से जुड़े 2 आवेदन, वज्रपात से पशु क्षति का 1 मामला, भूमि विवाद का 1 आवेदन, ऑनलाइन पंजी-2 सुधार का 1 आवेदन और ऑनलाइन दाख़िल-खारिज शुद्धिपत्र निर्गत का 1 आवेदन शामिल थे।

अधिकारियों ने बताया कि प्रमाण पत्र निर्गत से जुड़े सभी तीनों आवेदनों का उसी समय समाधान कर दिया गया। वहीं, भूमि विवाद से संबंधित मामले को जांच के लिए अग्रसारित कर दिया गया है। अन्य लंबित मामलों को भी शीघ्रता से निपटाने का भरोसा दिया गया है।

अंचल प्रशासन ने स्पष्ट किया कि सभी आवेदनों पर प्राथमिकता के आधार पर कार्रवाई की जाएगी, ताकि आम नागरिकों को समयबद्ध समाधान उपलब्ध हो सके और उनकी समस्याओं का निपटारा स्थानीय स्तर पर ही किया जा सके।
