गुमला, 12 अगस्त — आगामी 15 अगस्त 2025 को स्वतंत्रता दिवस समारोह को लेकर गुमला जिला प्रशासन ने मंगलवार को विशेष समीक्षात्मक बैठक आयोजित की। समाहरणालय सभागार में अपर समाहर्ता शशींद्र बड़ाईक की अध्यक्षता में हुई इस बैठक में मुख्य समारोह की रूपरेखा, विभागीय जिम्मेदारियां और समन्वय पर विस्तार से चर्चा हुई।
बैठक की शुरुआत में अपर समाहर्ता ने सभी अधिकारियों से कहा कि “कार्यक्रम से जुड़े प्रत्येक पहलू को गंभीरता से लें और समयसीमा के भीतर सभी तैयारियां पूरी करें, ताकि 15 अगस्त का आयोजन भव्य, सुव्यवस्थित और गरिमापूर्ण हो।” उन्होंने सभी विभागों को अपने-अपने दायित्व पूरी निष्ठा के साथ निभाने के निर्देश दिए।
अपर समाहर्ता ने परमवीर अल्बर्ट एक्का स्टेडियम परिसर की साफ-सफाई, घास की कटाई, भवन की मरम्मत, रंग-रोगन और सजावट की प्रगति की जानकारी ली। नगर परिषद और भवन प्रमंडल को निर्देश दिया गया कि रंगरोगन और सफाई का कार्य तय समय में पूरा हो। साथ ही, शहर की सफाई व्यवस्था को दुरुस्त करने और समारोह के दिन पार्किंग की समुचित व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने पर जोर दिया गया, ताकि वाहन अधिक होने पर भी कोई दिक्कत न हो।

सहायक निदेशक (सामान्य शाखा) ललन कुमार रजक ने बताया कि 13 अगस्त को सुबह 9 बजे स्टेडियम में ध्वजारोहण, राष्ट्रगान, माल्यार्पण, सांस्कृतिक प्रस्तुतियां और पुरस्कार वितरण सहित अन्य कार्यक्रमों का रिहर्सल होगा।
बैठक में जिला कल्याण पदाधिकारी, जिला खनन पदाधिकारी, पंचायती राज पदाधिकारी, नगर परिषद प्रतिनिधि, सूचना एवं जनसंपर्क पदाधिकारी समेत सभी विभागों के पदाधिकारी और कर्मचारी मौजूद रहे।
बैठक के अंत में अपर समाहर्ता ने कहा कि सभी विभाग आपसी सहयोग और जिम्मेदारी के साथ काम करें, ताकि स्वतंत्रता दिवस समारोह हर दृष्टि से सफल और यादगार बन सके।
