■ देवघर : जिले को नशामुक्त बनाने में जीरो टॉलरेंस की नीति पर नशामुक्त देवघर बनाने की दिशा में काम करने की अपील करते हुए डीसी नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा ने स्कूलों और कॉलेजों में नियमित जागरूकता अभियान चलाने की बात कही। बुधवार को डीसी ने बैठक में सड़क सुरक्षा अभियान से नशामुक्ति अभियान को जोड़ते हुए युवा छात्रों को नशीली दवाओं के दुष्प्रभावों के बारे में शिक्षित करने के अलावा उन्हें स्वस्थ जीवनशैली चुनने के लिए प्रेरित करने की आवश्यकता बतायी.
नशीली दवाओं के प्रसार और खपत के खिलाफ कड़ी निगरानी रखने का डीसी ने दिया निर्देश
डीसी ने संबंधित अधिकारियों को शहरी क्षेत्रों में विशेष जागरूकता अभियान चलाने और समाज में नशीली दवाओं के खतरे के नकारात्मक प्रभाव के बारे में जनता को जागरूक करने के उदेश्य से नशामुक्त देवघर अभियान के तहत विशेष कार्यक्रम आयोजित करने का निर्देश दिया। साथ ही संबंधित विभाग के साथ पुलिस विभाग को हॉटस्पॉट की सूची की पहचान करने का निर्देश दिया गया, ताकि सभी हितधारकों की सक्रिय भागीदारी के साथ समस्या को जड़ से खत्म करने के लिए उचित उपाय किए जा सके।
बैठक के दौरान डीसी ने पुलिस विभाग को नशीली दवाओं के प्रसार, खपत के खिलाफ कड़ी निगरानी रखने और इस दिशा में आवश्यक कड़ी कार्रवाई करने की बात कही गयी, ताकि जिलास्तरीय कमिटी द्वारा इस दिशा में बेहतर तरीके से कार्य किया जा सके।
बैठक के दौरान जिले में नशीली दवाओं के दुरुपयोग और नशीले पदार्थों के व्यापार को रोकने के लिए विभिन्न उपायों पर विस्तृत चर्चा करते हुए संबंधित विभाग के अधिकारियों को उपायुक्त ने आवश्यक व उचित दिशा-निर्देश दिया, ताकि आपसी समन्वय के साथ इस दिशा में बेहतर तरीके से कार्य किया जा सके।

बैठक में पुलिस अधीक्षक अजित पीटर डुंगडुंग, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी, देवघर, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी मधुपुर, गोपनीय प्रभारी, जिला जनसंपर्क पदाधिकारी, जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी, डीएमएफटी की टीम एवं संबंधित अधिकारी आदि उपस्थित थे।
