गुमला में जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस: पीड़ितों की समस्याओं पर उपायुक्त ने दिए त्वरित निर्देश

गुमला, झारखंड – गुमला समाहरणालय में आयोजित साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस के दौरान जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों और पंचायतों से आए नागरिकों ने अपनी समस्याएं उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के समक्ष रखीं। इस मौके पर कई संवेदनशील मामलों पर तत्काल कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए गए।

उग्रवादी हिंसा में मारे गए व्यक्ति की पत्नी ने मांगी मदद

रायडीह प्रखंड की एक महिला ने बताया कि उनके पति प्रसाद साहू की हत्या 18 फरवरी 2025 को उग्रवादियों द्वारा कर दी गई थी। पति की मौत के बाद उन्हें गंभीर आर्थिक संकट का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। चार बच्चों की परवरिश की जिम्मेदारी उनके कंधों पर है। महिला ने उपायुक्त से गुहार लगाते हुए कहा कि उन्हें सामाजिक सुरक्षा योजनाओं और रोजगार के अवसरों से जोड़ा जाए, ताकि वे अपने परिवार का पालन-पोषण कर सकें।

उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने मामले को संवेदनशीलता से लेते हुए आश्वासन दिया कि उन्हें सभी आवश्यक सहयोग और योजनाओं का लाभ दिलाया जाएगा। साथ ही संबंधित अधिकारियों को भी आवश्यक कदम उठाने के निर्देश दिए।

वन विभाग पर मकान तोड़ने का आरोप, मुआवजे की मांग

घाघरा प्रखंड के एक नागरिक ने शिकायत दर्ज कराई कि उन्हें प्रधानमंत्री जनमन आवास योजना के तहत घर मिला था, जिसका निर्माण वे अपनी जमीन पर कर रहे थे। लेकिन 13 अगस्त 2025 को वन विभाग ने बिना किसी पूर्व सूचना के निर्माणाधीन मकान को तोड़ दिया।

आवेदक ने बताया कि इस घटना से उन्हें न केवल आर्थिक नुकसान हुआ, बल्कि मानसिक परेशानी भी झेलनी पड़ी। उन्होंने वन विभाग से मुआवजा राशि की मांग की है, ताकि वह दोबारा मकान का निर्माण कर सकें। इस पर उपायुक्त ने मामले की गंभीरता को देखते हुए संबंधित विभाग को आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने का निर्देश दिया।

अन्य मामलों पर भी सुनवाई, पारदर्शिता और त्वरित समाधान पर जोर

कार्यक्रम में जमीन विवाद, सामाजिक पेंशन, करम पर्व हेतु अनुदान राशि और रोजगार सहायता से जुड़े कई आवेदन प्रस्तुत किए गए। उपायुक्त ने सभी आवेदनों को गंभीरता से सुनते हुए संबंधित विभागों को निर्देश दिया कि निर्धारित समयसीमा में पारदर्शी और मानवीय दृष्टिकोण से सभी समस्याओं का समाधान किया जाए।
