गुमला में एनएचएआई परियोजनाओं की समीक्षा बैठक सम्पन्न, उपायुक्त ने दिए तेज़ी से काम पूर्ण करने के निर्देश

गुमला, झारखंड – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में बुधवार को समाहरणालय सभागार में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण (एनएचएआई) योजनाओं की प्रगति समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में जिला भू-अर्जन कार्यालय द्वारा संचालित परियोजनाओं की अद्यतन स्थिति पर विस्तार से चर्चा हुई।

जिले में चार राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग और 11 राज्य मार्ग योजनाएं जारी

बैठक में जानकारी दी गई कि गुमला जिले में फिलहाल चार राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग परियोजनाएं और 11 राजकीय राजमार्ग योजनाएं संचालित हैं।

• राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग योजनाओं में प्रमुख रूप से एनएच-23 पलमा-गुमला चौड़ीकरण कार्य, एनएच-143डी (जामटोली-रांची-संबलपुर आर्थिक गलियारा), भारत माला परियोजना के तहत छत्तीसगढ़-झारखंड बॉर्डर से गुमला तक एनएच-43 निर्माण और रायडीह-गुमला मार्ग पर बाइपास सड़क निर्माण शामिल हैं।
• वहीं, राजकीय राजमार्ग योजनाओं में कोनसा-बकसपुर, पुत्रीटोली-डोलंगसेरा, सिसई-लापुंग-डोड़मा, कोचेडेगा-रामरेखा, रोकेडेगा-बिलिंगबीरा, टकरमा-ससिया, रामपुर-कदमडीह, मांझाटोली-चैनपुर, भीखमपुर-जारी मार्ग सहित कई अन्य सड़कों के चौड़ीकरण और मजबूतीकरण कार्य शामिल हैं।

भूमि अधिग्रहण और मुआवजा भुगतान पर जोर

बैठक में उपायुक्त ने अधिकारियों को सख्त निर्देश दिया कि भूमि अधिग्रहण से प्रभावित सभी रैयतों को मुआवजा राशि शीघ्र उपलब्ध कराई जाए। साथ ही उन्होंने एनएच-23 (पलमा-गुमला) सड़क निर्माण और भरनो सर्विस रोड परियोजना को गति देने के लिए विशेष निर्देश दिए।

भू-अर्जन पदाधिकारी ने बताया कि एनएच-43 से प्रभावित परिवारों को मुआवजा भुगतान की प्रक्रिया पहले ही शुरू की जा चुकी है। उपायुक्त ने कहा कि भूमि अधिग्रहण से जुड़ी शिकायतों का समयबद्ध निवारण सुनिश्चित किया जाए ताकि कार्य में अनावश्यक देरी न हो।

अधूरे कार्य जल्द पूरे करने का निर्देश

बैठक के दौरान उपायुक्त ने स्पष्ट किया कि जिन कार्यों में देरी हो रही है, उन्हें प्राथमिकता पर लेकर जल्द से जल्द पूरा किया जाए, ताकि योजनाओं का लाभ समय पर जनता तक पहुंचे।
