गुमला में आदि कर्मयोगी अभियान के तहत जिला प्रक्रिया प्रयोगशाला प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ

गुमला, झारखंड – जिले में ग्रामीण विकास और सामुदायिक भागीदारी को नई दिशा देने के उद्देश्य से आदि कर्मयोगी अभियान (AKA) के अंतर्गत जिला प्रक्रिया प्रयोगशाला प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का आगाज़ शुक्रवार, 22 अगस्त 2025 को गुमला-लोहरदगा रोड स्थित होटल जयपुर में किया गया। यह प्रशिक्षण तीन दिनों तक चलेगा और 24 अगस्त को संपन्न होगा। कार्यक्रम का उद्घाटन उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो ने किया।

ग्राम स्तर पर समाधान आधारित पहल

कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत से पूर्व समाहरणालय सभागार में District-1 Orientation Workshop आयोजित हुई, जिसकी अध्यक्षता उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने की। उन्होंने बताया कि अभियान का मुख्य उद्देश्य ग्रामीण समुदायों की समस्याओं को समाधान केंद्रित दृष्टिकोण से हल करना है।

उन्होंने कहा, “जिले के जनजातीय समुदायों के समुचित विकास के लिए योजनाओं का प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन अत्यंत आवश्यक है। ग्राम स्तर पर आदि कर्मयोगी केंद्र स्थापित किए जाएंगे, जहाँ नोडल पदाधिकारी का नाम और संपर्क विवरण उपलब्ध रहेगा ताकि लोग सीधे अपनी समस्या रख सकें।”

विकेंद्रीकरण और सामुदायिक भागीदारी पर बल

उद्घाटन कार्यक्रम में उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो और जिला कल्याण पदाधिकारी ने अभियान की दृष्टि साझा करते हुए कहा कि प्रत्येक गाँव अपनी प्राथमिकताएँ तय करेगा और उसी आधार पर विकास योजनाएँ बनेंगी। उन्होंने विभागीय संसाधनों के बेहतर उपयोग के लिए अभिसरण (convergence) को आवश्यक बताया।

उन्होंने कहा कि इस योजना में ग्राम पंचायत सचिव, स्वयंसेवक और स्थानीय समुदाय की सक्रिय भूमिका रहेगी। साथ ही अभियान को डिजिटल प्लेटफॉर्म से जोड़ा जाएगा, जिससे ग्रामीणों को विभिन्न सेवाएँ और योजनाएँ एक ही स्थान पर उपलब्ध होंगी।

अभियान की संरचना और भूमिकाएँ

जिला कल्याण पदाधिकारी ने स्पष्ट किया कि इस अभियान का लक्ष्य गाँवों को आत्मनिर्भर और सशक्त बनाना है। इसके लिए योजना को तीन चरणों –

1. आदि सहयोगी (शिक्षक, डॉक्टर और अन्य पेशेवर मार्गदर्शन देंगे),
2. आदि साथी (स्वयं सहायता समूह, महिला मंडल, बुजुर्ग, युवा और जनप्रतिनिधि कार्यान्वयन में सहयोग करेंगे),
3. कर्मयोगी (स्थानीय समुदाय के सक्रिय कार्यकर्ता) – में विभाजित किया गया है।

प्रशिक्षण सत्र और चर्चाएँ

कार्यक्रम के पहले दिन कई सत्र आयोजित हुए। रांची में हुई राज्य स्तरीय प्रयोगशाला के अनुभव साझा किए गए और “नीचे से ऊपर दृष्टिकोण” अपनाने की जरूरत पर जोर दिया गया। आंगन निर्माण सत्र में योजना और क्रियान्वयन के बीच की खाई को भरने, भूमि व संसाधनों के बेहतर उपयोग और वंचित परिवारों की भागीदारी सुनिश्चित करने पर चर्चा हुई।

प्रतिभागियों ने कार्यक्रम संचालन के लिए मॉनिटर का चयन, समय पर उपस्थिति और मोबाइल फोन के सीमित प्रयोग जैसे नियम भी तय किए।

फिशबोल गतिविधि से साझा हुए अनुभव

एक रोचक फिशबोल गतिविधि में प्रतिभागियों ने विद्यालय, महाविद्यालय और करियर से जुड़े अपने अनुभव साझा किए। इसमें शिक्षकों की भूमिका, मित्रों का सहयोग, शैक्षणिक चुनौतियाँ और करियर प्रेरणाएँ प्रमुख रहीं। इस अभ्यास से टीम में आपसी समझ और सहानुभूति बढ़ी।

सफलता का सूत्र: सामूहिक प्रयास और जवाबदेही

पूरे दिन की चर्चाओं के बाद प्रतिभागियों ने माना कि अभियान की सफलता सामूहिक भागीदारी, सामाजिक समावेशन और जवाबदेही पर आधारित होगी। उन्होंने संकल्प लिया कि सेवा भवनों को सक्रिय बनाकर ग्राम स्तर पर समग्र विकास की दिशा में कार्य करेंगे।
