गुमला, झारखंड – उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर जिले के वरीय अधिकारियों द्वारा लगातार क्षेत्रीय भ्रमण और निरीक्षण जारी है। इसी क्रम में भूमि सुधार उप समाहर्ता (LRDC) राजीव कुमार ने शनिवार को भरनो प्रखंड का दौरा कर विभिन्न सरकारी योजनाओं और संस्थानों का निरीक्षण किया।
शिक्षा और पोषण व्यवस्था की समीक्षा
निरीक्षण के दौरान LRDC ने आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों और विद्यालयों का जायजा लिया। उन्होंने बच्चों की उपस्थिति, पोषण आहार की स्थिति और मूलभूत सुविधाओं की उपलब्धता की जांच की। विद्यालयों में शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता पर भी चर्चा की गई।
पंचायत और स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की स्थिति
पंचायत भवन का निरीक्षण करते हुए उन्होंने योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन पर संतोष जताया, लेकिन जहाँ आवश्यक था, वहाँ सुधारात्मक कदम उठाने का निर्देश भी दिया। सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र (CHC) में दवाओं की उपलब्धता, साफ-सफाई और चिकित्साकर्मियों की नियमित उपस्थिति पर विशेष ध्यान दिया गया।
पीडीएस और आवास योजना पर निर्देश
सार्वजनिक वितरण प्रणाली (PDS) दुकानों में उन्होंने यह सुनिश्चित करने पर बल दिया कि लाभुकों को समय पर और सही मात्रा में अनाज मिले। अबुआ आवास योजना के अंतर्गत निर्माणाधीन घरों की प्रगति का भी जायजा लिया और अधिकारियों को गुणवत्तापूर्ण निर्माण कार्य शीघ्र पूरा करने का निर्देश दिया।
मनरेगा कार्यों का स्थल निरीक्षण
LRDC ने मनरेगा योजनाओं की प्रगति की समीक्षा करते हुए मजदूरों को समय पर भुगतान सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि मजदूरों के हक का पैसा विलंब से नहीं मिलना चाहिए।
सतत निगरानी और जवाबदेही पर जोर
निरीक्षण उपरांत राजीव कुमार ने स्पष्ट किया कि “सरकार की प्रत्येक योजना का लाभ लाभुकों तक समय पर पहुँचना अनिवार्य है। किसी भी स्तर पर लापरवाही बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी।” उन्होंने विभागीय अधिकारियों को सतत निगरानी रखने और गुणवत्तापूर्ण क्रियान्वयन सुनिश्चित करने का सख्त निर्देश दिया।
