यूनिसेफ और शिक्षा परियोजना परिषद की तीन दिवसीय कार्यशाला संपन्न, ‘क्यों कार्ड’ और कॉमिक्स से बच्चों में जीवन कौशल को मिलेगा नया आयाम

रांची, 21 अगस्त 2025 — झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना परिषद और यूनिसेफ के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में आयोजित तीन दिवसीय आवासीय कार्यशाला का आज सफल समापन हुआ। इस कार्यशाला का उद्देश्य किशोरावस्था के बच्चों, विशेषकर बच्चियों में जीवन कौशल और आत्मजागरूकता को विकसित करना था। प्रशिक्षण में शिक्षकों को ‘क्यों कार्ड’ और आधा-पूर्ण कॉमिक्स के माध्यम से संवाद और संवेदनशील मुद्दों पर प्रभावी मार्गदर्शन की तकनीक सिखाई गई।

बच्चों के सवालों का संवेदनशील उत्तर जरूरी: डॉ. अविनव कुमार

कार्यशाला के अंतिम दिन झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना परिषद के राज्य कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी डॉ. अविनव कुमार ने प्रतिभागियों को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि बच्चों पर किसी भी तरह का दबाव या तुलना हानिकारक है। उन्होंने कहा—
“जब बच्चे, खासकर बच्चियां, लैंगिक सवाल पूछती हैं तो शिक्षकों का कर्तव्य है कि वे उसका उत्तर संवेदनशीलता और सहानुभूति के साथ दें। ‘क्यों कार्ड’ शिक्षकों को सही उत्तर देने का कौशल सिखाता है।”

डॉ. कुमार ने आगे कहा कि बच्चों की तुलना रंग, रूप, लिंग या स्वभाव के आधार पर करना गलत है। इस कार्यशाला का उद्देश्य ही यह सुनिश्चित करना है कि विद्यालय स्तर पर भेदभाव रोका जाए और बच्चों में आत्मविश्वास तथा जीवन कौशल विकसित हों। उन्होंने शिक्षकों से अपील की कि प्रशिक्षण को केवल एक कार्यक्रम न मानें, बल्कि कॉमिक्स में दिए गए किस्सों को नुक्कड़ नाटकों और संवाद के जरिये बच्चों तक पहुँचाएं।

जीवन कौशल पर संवेदनशील दृष्टिकोण की जरूरत: यूनिसेफ

कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए यूनिसेफ की शिक्षा विशेषज्ञ श्रीमती पारुल शर्मा ने कहा कि जीवन कौशल बच्चों के समग्र विकास का अहम हिस्सा है। उन्होंने कहा—
“हम सबने कभी न कभी रूप-रंग और भेदभाव का अनुभव किया है। बच्चों को यह सिखाना होगा कि असली सुंदरता भीतर की होती है, न कि बाहरी रूप में। अगर शिक्षक ‘क्यों कार्ड’ का सही इस्तेमाल करना सीख लें, तो इस संवेदनशील सामाजिक मुद्दे का समाधान आसानी से किया जा सकता है।”

100 स्कूलों में लागू होगा कार्यक्रम

जीवन कौशल विकास के तहत यह कार्यक्रम झारखंड के कस्तूरबा गांधी बालिका आवासीय विद्यालय, झारखंड बालिका आवासीय विद्यालय और रांची जिले के चयनित 100 माध्यमिक व उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालयों में लागू किया जा रहा है।

• यूनिसेफ ने बच्चों के लिए 10 कॉमिक्स बुक्स का विशेष संग्रह उपलब्ध कराया है, जिन्हें “आधा-पूर्ण कॉमिक्स” नाम दिया गया है।
• इन कहानियों के जरिये बच्चों को लैंगिक समानता, शारीरिक बदलाव, भावनात्मक विकास और मानसिक स्वास्थ्य के बारे में जानकारी दी जाएगी।
• साथ ही ‘क्यों कार्ड’ का उपयोग अभिभावकों को शामिल करने के लिए अभिभावक-शिक्षक बैठक (PTM) में भी किया जाएगा।

दूसरे चरण में 96 मास्टर ट्रेनर होंगे शामिल

कार्यशाला के पहले चरण में राज्य के 24 जिलों से मास्टर ट्रेनर और विभिन्न सामाजिक संगठनों के प्रतिनिधियों ने भाग लिया। आगामी दूसरे चरण में प्रत्येक जिले से चार मास्टर ट्रेनर शामिल किए जाएंगे। इस तरह कुल 96 मास्टर ट्रेनर प्रशिक्षण लेंगे और कार्यक्रम को और व्यापक स्तर पर आगे बढ़ाया जाएगा।

कार्यशाला का महत्व

विशेषज्ञों का मानना है कि यह पहल न केवल बच्चों को भेदभाव और पूर्वाग्रह से मुक्त सोच की ओर ले जाएगी, बल्कि शिक्षा व्यवस्था में सकारात्मक संवाद और संवेदनशील व्यवहार की नई संस्कृति भी स्थापित करेगी।
