गुमला में ‘आदि कर्मयोगी अभियान’ का जिला स्तरीय प्रोसेस लैब सफलतापूर्वक संपन्न

गुमला। उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर गुमला जिले में आयोजित आदि कर्मयोगी अभियान अंतर्गत जिला स्तरीय प्रोसेस लैब का समापन 24 अगस्त 2025 को किया गया। यह आवासीय कार्यक्रम तीन दिनों तक—22 से 24 अगस्त—जिला मुख्यालय में चला, जिसमें विभिन्न प्रखंडों के प्रतिनिधियों ने सक्रिय रूप से भाग लिया।

70 मास्टर ट्रेनर और सामाजिक संगठनों की सहभागिता

अभियान के तहत आयोजित इस प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम में जिले के सभी प्रखंडों से लगभग 70 प्रखंड स्तरीय मास्टर ट्रेनर शामिल हुए। इसके अलावा, कई गैर-सरकारी संगठनों (NGOs) के प्रतिनिधियों ने भी हिस्सा लिया।
प्रशिक्षण के दौरान जिला स्तरीय मास्टर ट्रेनरों ने प्रतिभागियों को अभियान की बारीकियों और क्रियान्वयन की रणनीतियों की विस्तृत जानकारी दी।

समापन समारोह और प्रमाणपत्र वितरण

समापन अवसर पर जिला कल्याण पदाधिकारी आलोक रंजन मुख्य रूप से उपस्थित रहे। उन्होंने प्रतिभागियों को प्रमाणपत्र वितरित करते हुए उनसे आग्रह किया कि वे इस अभियान के उद्देश्यों को निचले स्तर तक ले जाएँ और जमीनी स्तर पर सफल कार्यान्वयन सुनिश्चित करें।

अभियान का उद्देश्य और महत्व

‘आदि कर्मयोगी अभियान’ का मकसद प्रशिक्षण और क्षमता निर्माण के माध्यम से सामाजिक विकास की योजनाओं को अधिक प्रभावी ढंग से लागू करना है।
इस कार्यक्रम से जुड़े अधिकारियों का मानना है कि इस तरह के प्रशिक्षण शिविर न केवल कार्यकर्ताओं की संगठनात्मक दक्षता बढ़ाते हैं बल्कि योजनाओं को बेहतर समन्वय और पारदर्शिता के साथ लागू करने में मददगार साबित होते हैं।
