गुमला में मातृ-शिशु मृत्यु दर घटाने की पहल, स्वास्थ्यकर्मियों को मिला एएनसी प्रशिक्षण

गुमला, 27 अगस्त 2025। गुमला जिले में मातृ एवं शिशु मृत्यु दर कम करने के उद्देश्य से जिला स्वास्थ्य समिति और जपाईगो ने संयुक्त रूप से एएनसी (Antenatal Care) प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया। यह पहल सीआईएफएफ (Children’s Investment Fund Foundation) के सहयोग से चलाई जा रही है।

उच्च जोखिम वाली गर्भावस्था की पहचान पर जोर

प्रशिक्षण का मुख्य उद्देश्य गर्भवती महिलाओं में शुरुआती चरण में ही जोखिम कारकों की पहचान और प्रबंधन करना है। इसमें स्वास्थ्यकर्मियों को पेट की जाँच, यूरिन डिपस्टिक टेस्ट, ओजीटीटी, गर्भावस्था की अवधि का निर्धारण, एनीमिया और उच्च रक्तचाप संबंधी विकारों का निदान व रेफरल प्रक्रिया की जानकारी दी गई।

अब तक जिले में 21 बैचों के माध्यम से 645 सेवा प्रदाताओं को प्रशिक्षित किया जा चुका है। इनमें 345 एएनएम, 219 सीएचओ, 45 स्टाफ नर्स और 36 चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी शामिल हैं।

‘बॉर्न हेल्दी कार्यक्रम’ से सुदृढ़ होंगी सेवाएँ

गुमला के सिविल सर्जन डॉ. शम्भुनाथ चौधरी ने कहा कि ‘बॉर्न हेल्दी कार्यक्रम’ के तहत जपाईगो के सहयोग से प्रसव पूर्व देखभाल सेवाओं को मजबूत किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने उम्मीद जताई कि इससे मातृ एवं शिशु मृत्यु दर में कमी लाने में मदद मिलेगी।

प्रशिक्षण में डॉ. सिपिग निभा बारला (एमओ, बसिया), सीएचओ निर्मला कुमारी, तथा जपाईगो से दीपिका बा और राजेश कुमार ने प्रशिक्षक की भूमिका निभाई।

स्वास्थ्यकर्मियों को मिली अतिरिक्त दक्षता

जिला आरसीएच पदाधिकारी डॉ. सुनील राम ने बताया कि प्रशिक्षण केवल चिकित्सीय प्रक्रियाओं तक सीमित नहीं रहा, बल्कि स्वास्थ्यकर्मियों को परामर्श कौशल, डाटा रिकॉर्डिंग और रिपोर्टिंग प्रणाली में भी दक्ष बनाया गया। उन्होंने कहा कि इससे समयपूर्व प्रसव, कम वजन वाले शिशु और नवजात संक्रमण के मामलों में कमी आने की संभावना है।
