गुमला। गुमला जिले के पालकोट थाना क्षेत्र अंतर्गत दतली डेम के पास सोमवार को एक बड़ा हादसा हुआ। डीजल से लदा एक टैंकर अचानक अनियंत्रित होकर पलट गया। दुर्घटना के तुरंत बाद बड़ी संख्या में ग्रामीण घटनास्थल पर पहुंच गए और डीजल लूटने की कोशिश करने लगे।
पुलिस की त्वरित कार्रवाई
घटना की सूचना मिलते ही पालकोट थाना पुलिस दल-बल के साथ मौके पर पहुंची। पुलिस ने सबसे पहले घायल टैंकर चालक को इलाज के लिए नजदीकी अस्पताल भिजवाया। इसके बाद डीजल लूटने पहुंचे लोगों को खदेड़कर भगाया गया और हालात को काबू में किया गया।

पुलिस ने पलटे हुए टैंकर को जब्त कर लिया है और आगे की कार्रवाई शुरू कर दी है। अधिकारियों ने लोगों को चेतावनी दी है कि दुर्घटनाग्रस्त वाहन से ईंधन लूटने की कोशिश करना न केवल कानूनी अपराध है, बल्कि जानलेवा खतरा भी साबित हो सकता है।
