फर्जी नियुक्ति पत्र देकर लाखों की ठगी करने वाला दंपति गिरफ्तार, गुमला जेल भेजा गया

पुलिस विभाग में नौकरी दिलाने के नाम पर फर्जी जॉइनिंग लेटर बांटकर लाखों रुपये की ठगी करने वाले सूर्यमती कुमारी और उसके पति पिंटू कुमार उर्फ अविनाश कुमार को गुमला पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार कर न्यायालय में पेश किया। दोनों को न्यायिक हिरासत में गुमला जेल भेज दिया गया।

कैसे हुआ खुलासा

गुमला के अनुमंडल पुलिस पदाधिकारी (एसडीपीओ) सुरेश प्रसाद यादव ने प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस में जानकारी दी कि 30 अगस्त 2025 को पुलिस अधीक्षक हरिश बिन जामां को सूचना मिली थी कि गुमला थाना क्षेत्र के धनगांव में कुछ लोग पुलिस भर्ती के नाम पर लोगों से रुपये वसूल रहे हैं और फर्जी नियुक्ति पत्र थमा रहे हैं।

एसपी के निर्देश पर एसडीपीओ की अगुवाई में एक टीम गठित की गई, जिसमें थाना प्रभारी महेंद्र कुमार करमाली, सब-इंस्पेक्टर गौतम कुमार, एएसआई बबीता कुमारी और सशस्त्र बल शामिल थे। टीम ने छापेमारी कर सूर्यमती कुमारी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया।

तीन साल पुरानी ठगी की साजिश

शिकायतकर्ता कांति कुमारी ने बताया कि लगभग तीन वर्ष पूर्व दिल्ली में सिलाई कंपनी में काम करने के दौरान उसकी मुलाकात सूर्यमती कुमारी से हुई थी। सूर्यमती ने उसे भरोसा दिलाया कि उसका पति पिंटू कुमार दिल्ली पुलिस में दरोगा है और कई लोगों को नौकरी दिला चुका है।

इसके बाद पिंटू कुमार ने फोन पर बात कर अपने आपको दिल्ली निवासी बताया और कहा कि दिल्ली पुलिस में नौकरी दिलाने के लिए 5 लाख रुपये लगेंगे, जिसमें कम से कम ढाई लाख रुपये अग्रिम देने होंगे। उसने गुमला पुलिस कार्यालय में खाना बनाने और सफाई कर्मी की भी 8,000 रुपये प्रति नियुक्ति वाली फर्जी रिक्तियां दिखाई।

कांति कुमारी और अन्य ग्रामीणों से मिलाकर दंपति ने कुल ₹2,93,000 रुपये अपने बैंक खाते और फोन-पे नंबर पर जमा करा लिए। इसके बाद दोनों गुमला पहुंचे और कई लोगों को फर्जी जॉइनिंग लेटर थमाए। जब पीड़ित कांति कुमारी नियुक्ति पत्र लेकर बिजुआसन मैदान कैंप पहुंची तो वहां पुलिस ने इसे फर्जी करार दिया।

प्राथमिकी दर्ज, जांच जारी

31 अगस्त को सूर्यमती कुमारी को कांति कुमारी के घर से गिरफ्तार किया गया। पूछताछ में उसने ठगी की बात स्वीकार की। इस मामले में गुमला थाना कांड संख्या 277/25 दर्ज किया गया है।

अभियुक्तों पर धारा 316(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2) बीएनएस के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया है। पुलिस ने मौके से कई दस्तावेज भी जब्त किए हैं।

पुलिस की चेतावनी

एसडीपीओ सुरेश प्रसाद यादव ने लोगों से अपील की है कि सरकारी नौकरी के नाम पर किसी भी दलाल या बिचौलिए से सावधान रहें और सीधे आधिकारिक विज्ञप्ति पर ही भरोसा करें। उन्होंने कहा कि इस तरह के मामलों में प्रशासन शून्य सहनशीलता की नीति अपनाएगा।

👉 गुमला पुलिस अब पिंटू कुमार उर्फ अविनाश की तलाश में है, जो फिलहाल फरार बताया जा रहा है।
