सामाजिक सेवा के विविध आयामों पर चर्चा, गुरू शरण भाई साहब ने दिया मार्गदर्शन

सेवा भारती, झारखंड द्वारा आयोजित सेवा सारथी तीन दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण वर्ग समाजसेवा और संगठनात्मक कार्यप्रणाली की गहन समझ के साथ रविवार को संपन्न हुआ। प्रतिभागियों ने इस आयोजन को प्रेरणादायक और ज्ञानवर्धक अनुभव बताया।

सामाजिक सेवा की चुनौतियों पर गहन मंथन

कार्यक्रम में प्रतिभागियों को समाजसेवा के विभिन्न पहलुओं से अवगत कराया गया। व्याख्यान, समूह चर्चा और व्यवहारिक सत्रों के माध्यम से सेवाकार्य की चुनौतियों, उनके समाधान और नेतृत्व कौशल पर विशेष ध्यान दिया गया। इस दौरान प्रतिभागियों को अनुभवी मार्गदर्शकों एवं स्वयंसेवकों से सीखने और अनुभव साझा करने का अवसर मिला।

गुरू शरण भाई साहब का प्रेरक मार्गदर्शन

सेवा भारती के संस्थापक आदरणीय गुरू शरण भाई साहब ने प्रशिक्षण वर्ग में शिरकत कर प्रतिभागियों का मार्गदर्शन किया। उन्होंने सेवा कार्य को समाज की वास्तविक जरूरतों से जोड़ने पर बल दिया और युवाओं को सकारात्मक दृष्टिकोण के साथ समाज परिवर्तन में योगदान देने की प्रेरणा दी।

महिला प्रतिभागियों की सक्रिय सहभागिता

इस प्रशिक्षण वर्ग में कई महिला कार्यकर्ताओं ने भी सक्रिय भागीदारी निभाई। इनमें नागिना जी, रानी शुक्ला जी, उमा पाठक जी, भानु मति जी और बिजूल जी प्रमुख रूप से शामिल रहीं। सभी ने मिलकर सेवाकार्य की दिशा में सामूहिक सोच और कार्ययोजना बनाने पर जोर दिया।

प्रतिभागियों का अनुभव

एक प्रतिभागी ने अपने अनुभव साझा करते हुए कहा –
“यह प्रशिक्षण केवल सैद्धांतिक जानकारी तक सीमित नहीं रहा, बल्कि इसने हमें जमीनी स्तर पर सेवाकार्य की चुनौतियों और उनके व्यावहारिक समाधान को समझने का अवसर दिया।”
