अहमदाबाद, 15 सितम्बर 2025। इंजीनियर डे के मौके पर अदाणी सीमेंट, जो दुनिया की नौवीं सबसे बड़ी बिल्डिंग मटेरियल्स और सॉल्यूशंस कंपनी है और अदाणी समूह का हिस्सा है, ने ‘अदाणी सीमेंट फ्यूचरX’ नामक राष्ट्रव्यापी अकादमिक–उद्योग सहभागिता कार्यक्रम की घोषणा की। इस पहल का उद्देश्य कक्षा को वास्तविक जीवन की इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर और स्थिरता चुनौतियों से जोड़ना और युवाओं को भविष्य के लिए तैयार करना है।
सरकार के मिशन से जुड़ी पहल
यह कार्यक्रम भारत सरकार के ‘योग्य भारत मिशन’ और शिक्षा मंत्रालय के उस विज़न से मेल खाता है, जिसमें रोजगार और उद्यमिता कौशल की कमी को दूर करने पर जोर दिया गया है। लक्ष्य है कि भारत की विशाल युवा आबादी को एक कुशल और उद्यमी कार्यबल में बदलकर विकसित भारत 2047 की दिशा में योगदान दिया जा सके।
देशभर के संस्थानों से साझेदारी
‘फ्यूचरX’ 100 से अधिक आईआईटी, एनआईटी और प्रमुख इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेजों के साथ-साथ 100+ शहरों के 100 से ज्यादा स्कूलों को जोड़ते हुए युवाओं को “जिज्ञासा से करियर तक” की सतत यात्रा प्रदान करेगा।
सीईओ का बयान
अदाणी समूह के सीईओ (सीमेंट बिज़नेस) विनोद बाहेती ने कहा,
“फ्यूचरX विकसित भारत 2047 के हमारे विज़न के प्रति प्रतिबद्धता है। जैसे सीमेंट राष्ट्र की आधारशिला रखता है, वैसे ही यह पहल जेनरेशन Z की क्षमताओं और आकांक्षाओं को दिशा देगी। हमारी कोशिश है कि युवा केवल नौकरीपेशा न बनें बल्कि उद्यमी भी बनें। पढ़ेगा इंडिया तो बढ़ेगा इंडिया।”
कार्यक्रम की मुख्य विशेषताएँ
- स्मार्ट लैब्स: मिनी रोटरी किल्न, रोबोटिक्स और एआई आधारित मॉडल के साथ लाइव सीमेंट मैन्युफैक्चरिंग डेमो।
- STEM एवं एडवांस्ड लर्निंग: नैनोमैटेरियल्स, ईवी उपकरणों और आधुनिक निर्माण तकनीकों पर परिचय।
- फील्ड विज़िट्स: नवी मुंबई (कलंबोली) स्थित अत्याधुनिक आर एंड डी सेंटर और विभिन्न मैन्युफैक्चरिंग प्लांट्स का भ्रमण।
- नॉलेज सेशन्स: विशेषज्ञ व्याख्यान, प्रबंधन समिति के अनुभव साझा करना और इनोवेशन वर्कशॉप्स।
- सहयोगी अनुसंधान: डिकार्बोनाइजेशन, सर्कुलैरिटी और नई सामग्रियों पर संयुक्त आर एंड डी।
- करियर अवसर: इंटर्नशिप, लाइव प्रोजेक्ट्स और प्री-प्लेसमेंट इंटरव्यू।
- छात्र सहभागिता: क्विज़, हैकाथॉन और डिजिटल कैंपेन (#BuildWithAdani)।
दीर्घकालिक विज़न
यह पहल इंडियन कंक्रीट जर्नल नेटवर्क जैसी साझेदारियों के जरिए अनुसंधान को कैंपस तक पहुँचाने का काम भी करेगी। अदाणी समूह का कहना है कि यह पहल उनके चेयरमैन गौतम अदाणी के उस दृष्टिकोण से प्रेरित है, जिसमें उन्होंने युवाओं को “भारत के नए स्वतंत्रता सेनानी” बताया था, जो तकनीक-आधारित समाधानों से देश को आत्मनिर्भर बनाएंगे।
मौजूदा प्रयास
अदाणी सीमेंट पहले से ही 1,500 से अधिक ग्रेजुएट और डिप्लोमा इंजीनियर ट्रेनीज़ का टैलेंट पूल तैयार कर चुका है और भविष्य के लीडर्स बनाने के लिए उन्नत नेतृत्व कार्यक्रम चला रहा है। ‘फ्यूचरX’ इसी दिशा में एक मील का पत्थर साबित होगा, जो इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर विकास और नवाचार को समान गति देगा।
