दुनिया के अग्रणी एयर कंप्रेसर निर्माताओं में शुमार एल्जी इक्विपमेंट्स (BSE: 522074, NSE: ELGiEquip) ने शुक्रवार को एक अभिनव तकनीक ‘डिमांड=मैच सिस्टम’ पेश किया। कंपनी का दावा है कि यह तकनीक फिक्स्ड-स्पीड कंप्रेसर को वास्तविक समय में बदलती हुई माँग के अनुसार कार्य करने में सक्षम बनाती है, जिससे वीएफडी जैसी ऊर्जा बचत मिलती है, लेकिन मशीन की मजबूती और सरलता बरकरार रहती है।
समस्या: बदलती माँग और स्थिर आउटपुट
कंपनी ने बताया कि अधिकांश फैक्ट्रियों में compressed air चौथी सबसे बड़ी यूटिलिटी है, लेकिन इसकी मांग स्थिर नहीं रहती। फिक्स्ड-स्पीड कंप्रेसर अक्सर समान आउटपुट देते हैं, चाहे मांग घटे या बढ़े। इससे
- ऊर्जा की अनावश्यक खपत,
- प्रेशर में अस्थिरता,
- बार-बार साइक्लिंग और मशीन के पुर्ज़ों पर दबाव
जैसी समस्याएँ उत्पन्न होती हैं, जो उपकरण की उम्र और कार्यक्षमता को प्रभावित करती हैं।
समाधान: डिमांड=मैच तकनीक
एल्जी का नया सिस्टम एयरफ्लो को स्मार्ट रिसर्क्युलेशन के ज़रिए नियंत्रित करता है और सुनिश्चित करता है कि कंप्रेसर की डिलीवरी हमेशा प्लांट की वास्तविक डिमांड के अनुरूप हो। इससे:
- ऊर्जा की बर्बादी घटती है,
- प्रेशर स्थिर रहता है,
- मशीन पर अनावश्यक दबाव कम होता है।

एल्जी इक्विपमेंट्स लिमिटेड के प्रबंध निदेशक डॉ. जयराम वरदराज ने कहा,
“यह तकनीक फिक्स्ड-स्पीड कंप्रेसर में डायनेमिक इंटेलिजेंस जोड़ती है। इससे न केवल ऊर्जा की बचत होती है, बल्कि उपकरणों की लाइफ और अपटाइम भी बढ़ता है—वह भी बिना बड़े पूँजी निवेश के।”
वहीं, कंपनी के एक्ज़ीक्यूटिव प्रेसिडेंट (प्रोडक्ट एक्सीलेंस एवं इनोवेशन) डॉ. के. वेणु माधव ने बताया,
“सिस्टम लगातार प्रेशर की निगरानी करता है और उतनी ही हवा उपलब्ध कराता है, जितनी आवश्यकता होती है। इससे संचालन सुचारु रहता है और ऊर्जा खपत घटती है।”
रणनीतिक महत्व और उपलब्धता
कंपनी का कहना है कि यह लॉन्च उसकी दीर्घकालिक रणनीति का हिस्सा है, जिसके तहत ग्राहकों को कम लागत पर उच्च दक्षता वाले समाधान उपलब्ध कराए जाएंगे। एल्जी का लक्ष्य है कि वस्त्र, ऑटोमोबाइल, फार्मा, खाद्य एवं पेय, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स और इंजीनियरिंग जैसे उद्योगों में इस तकनीक को तेजी से अपनाया जाए।
