गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देशानुसार जिले में विशिष्ट पिछड़ी जनजाति (PVTG) परिवारों को शत-प्रतिशत आधार कार्ड से जोड़ने हेतु व्यापक अभियान चलाया जा रहा है। ज्ञात हो कि यह दूसरी बार है जब उपायुक्त के निर्देशन में इस उद्देश्य से विशेष शिविर आयोजित किए जा रहे हैं। इससे पूर्व जुलाई 2025 में भी शिविर का आयोजन किया गया था, जिसमें 813 PVTG नागरिकों का आधार कार्ड सफलतापूर्वक बनाए जाने का कार्य किया गया था।

गुमला जिले में लगभग 18,000 से अधिक PVTG नागरिक निवास करते हैं। 31 जुलाई की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार 1,391 नागरिकों का आधार कार्ड अभी तक अधूरा था। इस कमी को पूरा करने के लिए 10 सितम्बर से लगातार शिविरों का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। उपायुक्त स्वयं अभियान की मॉनिटरिंग कर रहे हैं ताकि कोई भी पात्र नागरिक वंचित न रह जाए।

स्वयं चिन्हित ग्राम तथा टोलों में लगाये जा रहे आधार शिविरों और डोर-टू-डोर सर्वे के माध्यम से अब तक 560 छूटे हुए नागरिकों के नये आधार बनाए गए हैं, जबकि 3,225 नागरिकों के आधार अपडेट किए गए हैं। आज जिले के 10 प्रखंडों के विभिन्न पंचायतों में आयोजित शिविरों में 33 नए आधार बनाए गए और 371 आधार अपडेट किए गए। शिविर 27 सितम्बर तक चलेंगे, ताकि शत-प्रतिशत PVTG नागरिक आधार से जुड़ सकें।

उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने कहा कि PVTG नागरिकों का आधार बनाना सरकार की प्राथमिकता है ताकि कोई भी नागरिक योजनाओं से वंचित न रहे। उन्होंने आगामी त्योहारों के मद्देनजर पलायन कर चुके नागरिकों के वापस लौटने की संभावना को देखते हुए यह कार्यक्रम चलाया जा रहा है, जिससे हर नागरिक को आधार कार्ड आसानी से उपलब्ध हो सके।

इस प्रयास से न केवल PVTG परिवारों को सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ मिलेगा, बल्कि उनकी पहचान मजबूत होगी और सामाजिक सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित होगी।
