गिरिडीह में दुर्गा पूजा के मद्देनजर प्रशासन तैयार, डीसी-एसपी ने सभी पूजा पंडालों में सुरक्षा के पुख्ता इंतजाम करने की हिदायत दी

गिरिडीह (कमलनयन) : दुर्गा पूजा के मद्देनजर विधि व्यवस्था संधारण और प्रशासनिक तैयारियों को लेकर बुधवार को नगर भवन में उपायुक्त रामनिवास यादव की अध्यक्षता में एक महत्वपूर्ण बैठक आयोजित हुई।

बैठक में उपायुक्त ने सभी पदाधिकारी को निर्देशित किया कि सभी पूजा पंडालों में सुरक्षा के पुख्ता इंतजाम किया जाए। पंडालों में समुचित लाइट की व्यवस्था, एंट्री और एग्जिट के लिए समुचित रास्ते, पंडाल के समीप वाहन पार्किंग ना हो, इसका भी विशेष रूप से ध्यान रखा जाए। साथ ही ज्वलनशील पदार्थ पर भी विशेष रूप से निगरानी रखी जाए। सभी पंडालों में सीसीटीवी कैमरे भी अवश्य रूप से लगाया जाए।

डीसी ने कहा किे मूर्ति विसर्जन वाले रूटों का भ्रमण कर लेंगे। दुर्गा पूजा के दौरान सभी पंडालों में हेल्प डेस्क, दूरभाष केंद्र, जिसमें एम्बुलेंस, अग्निशमन, संबंधित क्षेत्र के अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी, अनुमंडल पुलिस पदाधिकारी, थाना प्रभारी आदि का नंबर लिखा जाय। नियमित बिजली की आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित कराएंगें। सभी पंडालों में फायर सेफ्टी और पार्किंग की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित कराएंगे। इसके अलावा  संवेदनशील स्थानों को चिन्हित करें।

डीसी ने शांति समिति के सदस्यों से कहा कि दुर्गा पूजा पंडालों में साफ-सफाई और स्वच्छता पर विशेष ध्यान देंगे। इसके साथ ही सोशल मीडिया पर भी कड़ी निगरानी रखी जाए। किसी भी प्रकार का भड़काऊ पोस्ट या व्हाट्सएप ग्रुप में भड़काऊ मैसेज करने वालों पर दंडात्मक कार्रवाई करने हेतु भी निर्देशित किया गया।

सोशल नेटवर्किंग साइट्स पर नजर बनी रहेंगी : एसपी 

इस दौरान पुलिस अधीक्षक डॉ बिमल कुमार ने बताया कि त्योहारों के दौरान पूरे शहर एवं जिले के हर क्षेत्र में सुरक्षा व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित की गई है। जिन थानों में अभी तक शांति समिति की बैठक नहीं हुई है, वो अपने यथाशीघ्र शांति समिति की बैठक करें। दुर्गा पूजा के मद्देनजर सुरक्षा के सभी पहलुओं पर विशेष ध्यान देने को कहा गया, ताकि कोई अप्रिय घटना न घटित हो। इसके साथ ही जिला प्रशासन की नजर सोशल नेटवर्किंग साइट्स पर बनी रहेंगी।

उन्होंने कहा कि दुर्गा पूजा में सुरक्षा के दृष्टिकोण से कंट्रोल रूम संचालित की जाएगी। साथ ही उन्होंने आगजनी जैसे अप्रिय घटनाओं से बचने हेतु पूजा समिति के सदस्यों को समुचित पानी एवं बालू आदि की व्यवस्था करने हेतु निर्देशित करने को कहा।

साथ ही अग्निशमन विभाग के पदाधिकारी को भी इस प्रकार के अप्रिय घटनाओं से बचने हेतु पूरी मुस्तैदी के साथ तैयार रहने हेतु निर्देशित किया गया। उपस्थित सभी प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारियों एवं थाना प्रभारियों को पूजा पंडाल के सदस्यों को अपने-अपने पूजा स्थलों पर सीसीटीवी कैमरा निश्चित तौर पर अधिष्ठापित करने हेतु निर्देशित करने को कहा गया।

बैठक में डीडीसी अपर समाहर्ता, निदेशक डीआरडीए, उप नगर आयुक्त, सभी अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी,  जिला अपर समाहर्ता, निदेशक डीआरडीए, उप नगर आयुक्त, सभी अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी,  जिला जनसंपर्क पदाधिकारी, सभी प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी, सभी थाना प्रभारी, सहित शांति समिति के सदस्य और समाज के गणमान्य नागरिक के अलावा अन्य संबंधित अधिकारी उपस्थित/कर्मी थे.
