गुमला में उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में जिला समाहरणालय सभागार में साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का सफल आयोजन हुआ। इस कार्यक्रम में जिले के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों से आए पचास से अधिक लोगों ने अपनी समस्याएं रखीं, जिनमें भूमि विवाद, सरकारी योजनाओं के लाभ में बाधा, राशन कार्ड में नाम जोड़ना, बिजली व पानी की आपूर्ति में खामियां, श्रमिकों के भुगतान में देरी, आवास की कमी, पेंशन संबंधी समस्याएं, दुकान किराया वृद्धि और अनुकंपा नियुक्ति की मांगें शामिल थीं।
प्रमुख शिकायतें और उपायुक्त की कार्रवाई

श्रमिक भुगतान विवाद: चपका गांव के श्रमिकों ने बताया कि उन्होंने देवरिया जिले के भेड़ापाकड़ गांव में संजय सिंह के ईंट भट्ठे में दिसंबर 2024 से जून 2025 तक काम किया, लेकिन उन्हें मेहनताना नहीं मिला। साथ ही उनके एक ऑटो वाहन पर ईंट भट्ठा मालिक ने कब्जा कर लिया। उपायुक्त ने संबंधित विभाग को तत्काल कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए।

प्रतिमा स्थापना का प्रस्ताव: ग्राम पुग्गू के प्रधान ने ग्राम सभा के निर्णय के अनुसार NH-43 पर स्व. कार्तिक उरांव की प्रतिमा स्थापना का आग्रह किया। उपायुक्त ने विधिक प्रक्रियाओं के अनुसार जल्द विचार करने का आश्वासन दिया।

आवास सहायता: गुमला की निवासी अनवरी खातून ने अत्यधिक बारिश के कारण मकान टूटने पर आवास सहायता की मांग की।

भूमि विवाद और जाति प्रमाण पत्र: ग्राम डीपाटोली के सुशील उरांव ने जमीन के खतियान वितरण और जाति प्रमाण पत्र की जटिलताओं से जुड़ी शिकायत दर्ज कराई।

पेंशन भुगतान में देरी: सेवानिवृत्त राजस्व उप निरीक्षक अशोक कुमार पांडेय ने गलत बजटशीर्ष के कारण पेंशन निर्धारण में आ रही देरी का मुद्दा उठाया।

दुकान किराया वृद्धि: जनवरी 2025 में हुई किराया वृद्धि पर दुकानदारों ने पुनर्विचार की मांग की।

अनुकंपा नियुक्ति का समय विस्तार: पंडरिया के हर्षवर्धन गोप ने मैट्रिक परीक्षा परिणाम में देरी के चलते आवेदन की समय सीमा बढ़ाने का अनुरोध किया।

जनसुनवाई में बिजली और जल आपूर्ति की अनियमितता, राशन कार्ड संबंधी समस्याएं और विभिन्न योजनाओं के लाभ में हो रही रुकावटों के मामले भी दर्ज किए गए।
