जिला स्तरीय समन्वय समिति बैठक में उपायुक्त ने दिए कार्यों में तेजी लाने और विभागीय तालमेल के निर्देश

गुमला : उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में आज जिला स्तरीय समन्वय समिति की बैठक सम्पन्न हुई, जिसमें 15 से अधिक विभागों के पदाधिकारियों ने भाग लिया। बैठक में विभिन्न विकास योजनाओं, निर्माण कार्यों और जनकल्याण कार्यक्रमों की प्रगति की विस्तृत समीक्षा की गई। उपायुक्त ने सभी विभागों से कहा कि वे आपसी समन्वय को मजबूत करें और लंबित कार्यों को तय समयसीमा में पूरा करें।

स्वास्थ्य विभाग — निर्माण, पेयजल और विद्युतीकरण पर जोरउपायुक्त ने HSC केंद्रों के निर्माण कार्य में तेजी लाने का आदेश देते हुए अंचल अधिकारियों को 48 घंटे के भीतर भूमि चिन्हित करने का निर्देश दिया। सिविल सर्जन को सभी CO की रिपोर्ट इकट्ठा कर दो दिनों में जिला स्तर पर प्रस्तुत करने को कहा गया।

बैठक में बताया गया कि 79 स्वास्थ्य उपकेंद्रों में पेयजल आपूर्ति के प्राक्कलन तैयार हैं, जिन पर तुरंत काम शुरू करने के निर्देश दिए गए। 79 में से 52 केंद्रों में बिजली की सुविधा पूरी हो चुकी है, शेष केंद्रों में अगले एक महीने में विद्युतीकरण पूरा करने का लक्ष्य रखा गया।

स्वास्थ्य सुरक्षा अभियानों पर सख्ती

आयुष्मान भारत कार्ड निर्माण की धीमी प्रगति पर असंतोष जताते हुए इसे 100% करने का निर्देश दिया गया। आधार और ई-केवाईसी प्रक्रिया में तेजी लाकर राशन डीलरों से छूटे लोगों की सूची प्राप्त करने को कहा गया।

सिकल सेल एनीमिया जांच में जिले की 96% उपलब्धि के बाद शेष स्क्रीनिंग पूरी करने और बच्चों को दी जाने वाली दवाइयों की नियमित निगरानी पर बल दिया गया। टीबी जांच बढ़ाने और जागरूकता अभियान चलाने के भी निर्देश दिए गए।

स्कूलों व आश्रम में स्वास्थ्य शिविर

जिले के 100 चयनित मध्य विद्यालयों में स्वास्थ्य जांच शिविर आयोजित करने का आदेश दिया गया। बच्चों में पोषण स्तर, एनीमिया की स्थिति और स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की गुणवत्ता पर विशेष ध्यान देने को कहा गया। आश्रम और आंगनवाड़ी केंद्रों में विशेषकर सैम-मैम बच्चों की स्थिति पर नजर रखने का निर्देश दिया गया।

आंगनवाड़ी निर्माण और विद्युतीकरण

82 प्रस्तावित आंगनवाड़ी केंद्रों के निर्माण में भूमि विवाद जैसी रुकावटों को ग्राम सभा के सहयोग से हल करने के निर्देश दिए गए। 1143 केंद्रों में मीटर लगाने का कार्य समीक्षा में शामिल रहा, साथ ही जिन केंद्रों में बिजली की सुविधा संभव नहीं है वहां सौर लाइट लगाने का प्रस्ताव तैयार करने को कहा गया।

कल्याण और शिक्षा योजनाएँ

विषुनपुर, घाघरा और डुमरी प्रखंडों में साइकिल वितरण शेष कार्य दो दिनों में पूरा करने के निर्देश दिए गए। विद्यालय मरम्मत, किचन शेड निर्माण और रोड निर्माण जैसे लंबित कार्यों, खासकर PMJVK के अंतर्गत, को तुरंत पूरा करने पर बल दिया गया।सामूहिक प्रयास पर जोरबैठक के अंत में उपायुक्त ने कहा, “जिले का विकास तभी संभव है जब सभी विभाग एक साझा लक्ष्य के साथ आगे बढ़ें। स्वास्थ्य, शिक्षा और पोषण में सामूहिक प्रयास जरूरी हैं। फील्ड में सक्रियता ही सफलता की कुंजी है।” उन्होंने सभी वरीय अधिकारियों और प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारियों को नियमित फील्ड विजिट के निर्देश दिए।बैठक में उप विकास आयुक्त, अपर समाहर्ता, DRDA निदेशक, SDO (सदर, चैनपुर, बसिया), LRDC और अन्य विभागीय अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
