गुमला : उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देशानुसार आज शुक्रवार को जिले के डुमरी, जारी, घाघरा और कामडारा प्रखंडों में साप्ताहिक जनशिकायत निवारण दिवस आयोजित किया गया। इसमें बड़ी संख्या में नागरिकों ने पेंशन, प्रमाण पत्र, आवास, मईया सम्मान योजना, राशन कार्ड और अन्य जनहित से संबंधित विषयों पर अपनी शिकायतें दर्ज कराईं।
शिकायतों की संख्या और निष्पादन

डुमरी प्रखंड: 145 आवेदन प्राप्त, जिनमें से 143 का त्वरित समाधान।

जारी प्रखंड: 18 शिकायतें प्राप्त, सभी का तत्काल निवारण।

घाघरा प्रखंड: 23 शिकायतें, जिनमें से 22 का मौके पर ही समाधान।

कामडारा प्रखंड: 45 शिकायतें, जिनमें से 41 का निवारण किया गया।
नागरिकों की समस्याओं पर गंभीर संज्ञान
जनशिकायत निवारण दिवस के दौरान संबंधित प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारियों ने उपस्थित नागरिकों की समस्याओं को गंभीरता से सुना और现场(ऑन-द-स्पॉट) समाधान सुनिश्चित किया। उपायुक्त ने कहा कि इस पहल का उद्देश्य जनसुनवाई के माध्यम से नागरिकों की वास्तविक समस्याओं को समझना और उनका शीघ्र निवारण करना है।
पारदर्शी और जवाबदेह प्रशासन की पहचान
जिले में जनहित में संचालित यह कार्यक्रम प्रशासन की पारदर्शिता, जवाबदेही और संवेदनशीलता का प्रतीक है, जिससे नागरिकों का जिला प्रशासन के प्रति विश्वास और भी मजबूत हुआ है।
